"I like this property it's good enough, it's right on the water right on the main drag where you go to eat. However, do not let them put you on the first floor that doesn't have an elevator. The carpet in the entire building really smells disgusting and sometimes the smell comes into your room. The air vent from your bathroom on the first floor rooms, 100-109 faces an alleyway and you can smell cigarette smoke and cat pee waft in. The bed mattress is excellent, super soft. "The staff are lovely and really make this hotel. They’re always so cheerful and helpful. The room (superior side sea view) wasn’t what I would call luxury by any means but the bed was comfy and the shower was good so overall we thought it was fine. The rooms just looked a bit tired and small."

"We had an incredible stay, sadly it was only 1 night!! The hotel was immaculately clean. We had a front balcony room and the views are absolutely stunning! The staff were so helpful and friendly. "Absolutely loved our stay at the panorama Fanari suites the staff are superb and NOTHING is too much trouble the place is immaculate and the breakfast is lovely Detemriou handles all the car hire from Ionian cars and he is family along with the 2 ladies that run the place If you are travelling to Kefalonia you must consider staying here .
