5 ground floor apartments that are almost exactly the same in the same building.
No sea view but just by the beach.
They are fully equipped just to make you feel that you are at your own home, even for the whole year. You will love the village & the spot that the apartment is placed.
Each apartment is 50tm2 and has:
one living room , one bedroom ,one bathroom with shower and verandas in front and at the back of the house.
The bedroom is equipped with one big-double size bed, big size closets and 2 bedside tables.
The living room includes a dining table with 4 chairs, a sofa bed and a single bed.
The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. There is an electric cooker, refrigerator and gas stove for quicker cooking.
There is also toaster ,kettle and coffee machine.
Air condiotion is included.
Wi-fi internet connection is provided.
You should know that this is a family property and you will feel very comfy from the very beginning.
It has an outdoor living area where you can have your bikes, fishing equipment etc.
You can relax at your balcony or walk beside the beach which is just 10 meters away from your door.
Exactly the same distance where you can have a coffee at a relaxing cafeteria with sea view just in front of you.
All cafeterias, restaurants, taverns are easily reached in seconds. You can buy everything that you need from the 2 groceries (50 meters away from your apartment) or from the big AMAZING bakery which is easily accessible too.
Bus station is 15meters away form the house.
Big advantage of our apartment :It is just beside the beach and nearby you can reach all that you necessitate . You will not need to use your car, only if you want to visit other places. You can always go to beaches nearby Kiveri that are amazing too. It has many and different style of sea villages around Kiveri that you can spend the whole day. We will always be very glad to give you tips, depending on whatever type of holidays you desire.

Pour mes compatriotes français (et les autres), allez-y les yeux fermés, la description de l'appartement est exactement celle qui est écrite...très bien équipé...la plage est à 50 mètres, les tavernas locales très bonnes et surtout aucun touristes...vous êtes en Grèce avec les Grecs...nous avons passé 2 excellentes semaines et gardons l'adresse dans notre mémoire. Encore merci à Natasha et à sa mère Sophia pour leur gentillesse et amabilité, n'hésitez pas à leur demander des renseignements sur la région. Go there with your eyes closed, the description of the apartment is exactly the one that is written ... very well equipped and quiet... the beach is 50 meters, local tavernas very good and especially no tourists. ..you are in Greece with the Greeks ... we had 2 marvellous weeks and keep the address in our memory. Thanks again to Natasha and her mother Sophia for their kindness, do not hesitate to ask them for informations about the region.

Natasa est très serviable ainsi que sa sœur. L appartement est comme le descriptif. La plage est à deux minutes et le village est typiquement grecque. Les grecs sont très aimables et serviables. L’appartement est calme est très bien pour quatre. Nous avons adoré Kiveri . Les propriétaires sont discrets et nous ont aidé pour les démarches . Des gens super. Nous nous sommes senties comme chez nous. Un grand merci à Natasa et à toute sa famille.

Sehr schön
Die Wohnung ist hochwertig und sieht sehr neu aus. Natasa ist eine unheimlich freundliche Vermieterin mit guten Tipps. Der Strand ist zwei Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und steinig, die liegen dort dafür kostenlos. Die Wohnung ist sauber und ausreichend ausgestattet. Ein wirklich schöner Urlaub
