"Young family, stayed here for 1 week. Positives: The underground parking is good because the car fits with a roofbox on the roof. You can walk (10 minutes) to the Grands Montets lift. Negatives: We booked because it had a lovely looking swimming pool for our kids and the listing advertised it as an amenity. "it was not clean when we received it. there was no wifi anywhere in the hotel, the pool was not working. there were no lights or fire or warm feelings in the lobby. overall it was fine but i was not up to our expectations."
