Detached villa in quiet area 1.5 km from the beach and the port (easy access by cycle paths) and 500 m from the center of Argelès Village. The house can comfortably accommodate 6 people. It has a shaded garden with a semi-underground above-ground swimming pool (4 m in diameter) with alarm, a covered terrace with barbecue and plancha and private parking for 2 cars. The house comprises on the ground floor: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140x190) and cupboard, 1 bedroom with 2 beds (90x190) and cupboard, a bathroom with Italian shower, a separate toilet with window, a kitchen (18 m²) ) fully equipped, a laundry room (10 m²) with washing machine and ironing equipment, a living room - dining room of 40 m². Upstairs a master suite of 20 m² with shower and WC. On request, can be provided everything necessary for a child under 2 years old (cot, high chair). Fully air conditioned house and free wifi. 2 adult bikes are available. A quiet place whose capacity and configuration are ideal for a stay with family or friends looking for rest.

Nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine dans la maison de Monsieur et Madame RAMONÉ. Nous avons beaucoup profité de la piscine et des aménagements extérieurs. La maison est très agréable, très spacieuse, bien climatisée et bien équipée. De nombreux commerces à proximité, les plages sont proches. Nous ne pouvons que recommander cette location.

Wir haben 2 sehr schöne Wochen in Argelès-sur-Mer verbracht. Das Ferienhaus hat alle Wünsche erfüllt und die Vermieter Bernard und Rose haben uns sehr freundlich empfangen. Dieses Haus kann man nur empfehlen.

Parfait!
Nous avons passé une magnifique semaine dans la belle et grande maison de Rose et Bernard. Elle est très bien équipée et décorée avec goût. Le lotissement était calme même en haute saison estivale. Nos hôtes ont été très gentils, réactifs et de bon conseil pour nos sorties, notamment en ce qui concerne les restaurants, tout en discrétion. Bref, notre séjour a été à la hauteur de nos attentes et au-delà. En un mot : parfait !

Wir haben als Familie zwei wunderbare Wochen in Argelès verbracht. Das Haus war sehr sauber, die Betten bequem und bei unserer Ankunft bereits gemacht. Die Küche und auch der Rest des Hauses sind perfekt ausgestattet, wir haben wirklich nichts vermisst. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und immer sofort erreichbar. Bei unserer Ankunft erwarteten sie uns bereits mit Wasser, Wein und lokalem Gebäck. Der Pool war toll! Wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

MAISON TRES SYMPA
Nous y avons séjourné une semaine en famille. La maison est spacieuse, très bien équipée et très agréable à vivre. Située au calme, à 10 min à peine du centre, on a accès à toutes les commodités. Etant en basse saison, il nous a été facile de nous rendre au port ou au Racou en voiture et de nous y garer. On peut aussi y aller à pied (15/20 min). Les sympathiques propriétaires ont à cœur de vous satisfaire.

Magnifique séjour dans une très belle villa
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans une magnifique villa spacieuse et très bien équipée. Nos 3 enfants ont particulièrement apprécié la piscine et le jardin. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et attentifs aux besoins des locataires. La villa est proche de la plage, du centre d'Argelès-Sur-Mer et des commerces. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

Spacieux et confortable
Nous avons passé une magnifique semaine dans cette spacieuse maison. Elle est bien située, pas trop loin de la plage, sans être trop près du centre. La maison est moderne et il ne manque rien. Propriétaires très charmants. Location à recommander pour visiter la région.

Une belle maison au calme
Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans la maison de Rose et Bernard. Ce logement est adapté à la douceur de vivre du Sud, une magnifique terrasse ombragée, une petite piscine dans laquelle nos trois enfants de 5 à 12 ans se sont beaucoup amusés et sans oublier des hamacs pour la sieste. La maison est décorée avec goût. Elle est très fonctionnelle. Sa situation à l’écart de la foule tout en permettant de se rendre à la plage en trois coups de pédales est idéale. Nous remercions Rose et Bernard pour leur chaleureux accueil. Nous recommandons vivement cette très jolie location.

Heerlijke vakantie gehad. Huis ligt in een rustige wijk van argeles-sur-mer. Strand en dorp nabij.
Heerlijke vakantie gehad. Met de fiets was dorp en strand in een paar minuten goed bereikbaar. Fijne woning met beneden 2 slaapkamers en boven een slaapkamer met eigen sanitair. Gehele woning voorzien van airco. Lekker zwembadje en een terras dat een groot deel van de dag in de schaduw zit. Eventuele wind heeft weinig kans op het terras. Kinderen vonden hangmatten geweldig. Aanrader!

Très belle maison avec toutes les fonctionnalités nécessaire pour bien profiter de son séjour. Commerce et centre du village accessible à pieds ainsi que la plage et le port pour les plus courageux (compter 25 mn pour la plage). Environnement calme. Nous y avons fait un séjour très très agréable qui nous a bien coupé de notre quotidien. Tout est fait pour passer du temps à ne rien faire sur place. Les propriétaires sont disponibles. Nous avons adoré et nous recommandons.
