Villa Guadagni Cappelli is a beautiful property (500 sq m) with WiFi internet and private pool. The property can sleep up to 11 guests comfortably in six bedrooms with three bathrooms. Villa Guadagni Cappelli is located in the centre of Giovi-ponte Alla Chiassa, Italy and only 11 km (7 mi) from Arezzo in the tourist area "Arezzo And Surroundings". If you enjoy a round of golf while on vacation, then you will be happy to know there is a golf course nearby.

The owner lives on the last floor of the property, but he has his own private entrance to the apartment and external spaces. He won’t use the swimming pool either.
He is in charge of the maintenance of the Villa, but he will leave you all the privacy you need and won’t disturb.
