In a beautiful natural setting and a relatively short distance from Arezzo, you'll find this spacious stone cottage in country style with shared outdoor pool and views over the rolling Tuscan hills. With atmospheric ceiling beams, rustic charming details, warm colors, inviting decor and a cozy sofa area with three sofas, everyone will feel completely at home. On the large natural plot the children can romp around nicely, especially in the beautiful pool. They can also challenge each other in volleyball or soccer. Enjoy refreshing homemade lemonade on the terrace. Whether on a bike, on foot or on horseback, tomorrow you can explore the picturesque nature.

Hike through picturesque vineyards and visit the winegrowers. Drive to the ancient hilltop town of Arezzo and admire, among other things, the ancient Arezzo Cathedral. Enjoy the lively Piazza Grande with medieval stone houses while drinking Arezzo's own Chianti.

Please note that: Bed linen and towels are included in the room rate in 2025. Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within three weeks after check-out. Up to two pets are allowed.
