Great family holiday! beautiful villa, we loved our stay
We stayed here for a week on the 5th September this year. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The villa was absolutely lovely! perfect outdoor space for all the family. We took a 3 year old and a 1 year old away with us and they loved the outdoor space and enjoyed roaming around the villa. As it was on one level it is perfect for families with little children. The hot tub was a big hit too! There is a nice grass area for the kids to play on too which isn't really shown in the photos. The villa was clean, spacious and well equipped too and our host Emmanuel was very helpful. We didn't hire a car or bike but if we were to stay again then we would definitely recommend hiring transport as it isn't that easy getting to places. You can walk to the local supermarket/bakery etc which is a 10/15min walk away (and a local beach 20min walk away) but you have to walk along a road to get there, which can be quite busy. The only thing we would suggest to make the villa perfect is to add another toilet as there is only 1, but this did not affect us too much. Thank you so much and hopefully we will be back to return in the future.

Magnifique séjour
Malgre un temps qui n etait pas au top nous avons passé une semaine formidable. Une villa somptueuse et hyper fonctionnelle un cadre magnifique. Gaëlle et christophe sont accueillants et de bon conseil Nombreuses ballades à faire à velo ou à pied. Côté mer ou Côté bassin on en prend plein les yeux Merci pour votre accueil

Accueil très agréable de Gaëlle et Christophe. Beaucoup de précisions sont données à l’arrivée pour passer un très bon séjour tant sur le fonctionnement de la maison que sur de bonnes adresses de la région. Maison très lumineuse, spacieuse, très bien équipée et d’une propreté exemplaire. On a l’impression d’être chez soi de suite. Je recommande cette location sans hésitation. Magnifique maison !
Vacances idéales dans une région magnifique et une maison juste sublime, rien à dire, tout était parfait. Gaëlle et Christophe sont super sympas, leur maison est très bien placée, au calme mais proche du centre de Arés. Propreté plus que nickel, tout est bien pensé, bien fourni, bref allez y les yeux fermés.

Magnifique villa où tout a été pensé dans les moindres détails pour que les locataires ne manquent de rien ! Lieu apaisant, terrasse et extérieur propices au repos, à la détente. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine de vacances. Accueil chaleureux des propriétaires. Conseils et informations pour visiter, se divertir et manger tout autour du bassin. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à 8 adultes avec un bébé, il y avait tout ce qu’il faut pour le petit Les hôtes nous ont donné de très bonnes adresses où manger et se balader Gaëlle & Christophe sont très réactifs, et très sympathiques La piscine chauffée et le jacuzzi étaient top Maison au calme et bien placée Seul petit bémol : les deux lits en 140 qui sont assez petits pour les couples Mais autrement séjour absolument génial Nous recommandons 😍

La maison était juste parfaite👌La localisation, à la fois proche et isolée du centre d’Ares est un atout.Le jardin est parfaitement privatisé par les palissades.En cas de fortes chaleurs , des ventilateurs de plafonds ou airco pour les chambres seraient un atout supplémentaire.Gestion parfaite par Matthieu .

Wunderschönes Holzhaus
Das Holzhaus liegt sehr ruhig am Ortsrand von Arès 😊. Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet und komplett durch einen Holzzaun und ein elektrisches Schiebetor abgesichert, so dass sich unser Hund frei auf dem gesamten Grundstück bewegen konnte. Wir haben gemeinsam mit unseren erwachsenen Söhnen und Freundin das gesamte Haus mit Pool, Holzterrasse, Whirlpool und Grill genossen 😊

Nous avons séjourné à 6 adultes et 3 enfants sans nous marcher dessus. Le bien est conforme à la description et est très bien situé (proche super marché, boulangerie à pied, ...). De bon moments entre la piscine et le jacuzzi. Merci a Emmanuel, pour son accueil et sa disponibilité pendant l’ensemble du séjour.
