Cosy timber house "Nepumuk". On the outskirts, 1 km from the centre of Arendsee, 200 m from the lake, 200 m from the beach, in the woods. For shared use: property (fenced). Table tennis, children's playground (swing). In the complex: washing machine (extra), tumble dryer (for shared use, extra), bicycle rental. Motor access (via unmade road). Public parking 250 m extra. Grocery 500 m, supermarket 1 km, restaurant 300 m, railway station "Seehausen" 18 km. Minigolf 500 m. Please note: car recommended. Groups of teenagers on request only. The owner lives on the same property. The photograph shows a typical example. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected. The seven wooden houses on vacation are in a small residence of holidays. Lake Arend located 200 m includes a beach and a boat rental centre and steamboat excursions (extra).

Small kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Upper floor: (steep stair), 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds. 1 double bedroom with sloping ceilings. Electric heating. Terrace partly roofed. Sitting area. Facilities: telephone (extra). Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking (1 car) at the house. Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm. Maximum 6 people (a baby or small child can not be accepted as 7th person).
