It would be hard to find a better view over the valley from the top floor terrace, so impressive and calming. We spent a great deal of our stay there, just watching and listening to red kite birds, sheep and donkeys. The location of the house is perfect, two minutes walk to buy a morning baguette, and three minutes from the public car park; never too long a drive to explore...

We were very early in the season so many preparations and improvements were taking place, so we feel it would have been even better a little later into the month. We particularly enjoyed our meals in the restaurant. The beautiful beach was very quiet and the walk along the railway path, and on into the town and harbour was a joy. "
