Casita Familiar Vista al Mar with pool

Casita Familiar is an oceanside private house with a pool ideal for your friends and family getaway. It’s just next door to El Alcazar de Colon, which serves up tasty treats and libations. The space Guests will sleep with the roar of the waves in their cozy queen size beds. The space also features a sleeper futon, a functional small kitchen and awe-inspiring views from the private pool deck. **Please note that the pool is shared with one other apartment.
Dear guest, the checkin instructions are as follows.

Checkin starts from 4 PM onwards. Check out is at 11 AM. Early check in is available but has an additional cost of $45 and is subject to availability. You must request it by message or phone for it to be confirmed.

Your room key is in a lockbox next to your room door. The code for them is ---- When you do the check out, please leave the key inside the lockbox. You must report your checkin and checkout to 844 767 2327. For customer service you can call the same number 9am - 10pm.

Checkout is at 11AM. The late checkout must be requested in advance and depending on the time it may have an additional cost. Late checkout without notice will incur a charge of $25 per hour.
