The apartment has great potential, but is lacking in basic needs: Elevator not working AC unit in main bedroom not working Ceiling fan not working Missing light fixtures Wires hanging from the ceiling No hand towels or wash cloths No paper towels - even just a hand towel in the kitchen would have been nice to dry our hands. The sheets in both bedrooms were stained with dark grease spots.
