"Thai was a great property, lovely location with easy access to the rail network. We had a beautiful double balcony corner room with marble tiles, amble storage and wardrobe space. Tea and coffee facilities and a mini bar that wasn’t overly expensive at all. 14 minute walk to the train station with easy access to regional and high speed trains. Situated just over the main road to many restaurants, shops and of course the beach. Breakfast was lovely with a good selection every morning. Staff were very friendly. Sadly, we couldn’t eat in the hotel despite two nights of poor weather. The restaurant was closed, even to hotel guests for an American holiday tour (also staying in the hotel). We thought this was really disappointing and we had to walk out in the rain to eat. This was the only thing that let this hotel down. "

"This hotel is close to train station (7 minutes walk) and shopping street (lot of restaurants to choose). Staff are mostly young, energetic and friendly females. Our bed is comfortable and shower cube is very spacious. Breakfast is great for everyone. We stayed there for two nights and enjoyed our stay very much."

"When you stay here it is literally like you are in the postcard view, staying in a room that is a part of the picture perfect landscape of Riomaggiore. The hosts are extremely helpful and available for anything you need. They helped with trekking/train passes as well as setting us up with the resident pass for open access to Via Del Amore, which is something unique to staying in Riomaggiore. Easy access to train and ferry, and great spots to enjoy spectacular sunsets. If you have trouble with stairs or balance maybe not the best spot for you, but otherwise 1000% recommend. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!"

"Great location in La Spezia, just a 10 minute walk from the train station. Very centrally located in the main town area, close to supermarkets and lots of restaurants. Easy communication in the lead up to check in, and friendly cleaning staff. Modern and clean room - something to note is that the shower is very tight (coming from an average sized female). Not fully soundproofed, you get a bit of street noise and can hear the floor above when they move around but didn't affect my sleep at all. This was the perfect base to explore Cinque Terre, wish we could have stayed longer! "

"Fantastic 5* place. Excellent facilities for families with young kids. Super friendly and accommodating staff. Extremely clean rooms and facilities. Beautiful grounds. Restaurant food is great and accommodating for dietary requirements. Only downside is that the beach is basically inaccessible, you can’t even see it. There are loads of private beach clubs blocking it from public access."
