"We had a lovely stay at Knoydart Cottage, the cottage itself is very homely and the view is spectacular. The kids had a ball exploring the garden, although we encountered a few ticks, so do keep an eye out. The convenience of the Duisdale Hotel literally being next door was great for the nights we couldn't be bothered cooking dinner. A beautiful part of Skye, Armadale Castle down the road is also a must see, fabulous play area for the kids. Highly recommend 👌"

"Great location for us and all needed amenities. The view is spectacular and easily a place we would return to. Unfortunately, the shower drain was clogged on arrival so we had to unclog a large amount and also had to buy toilet paper as no spare was obviously seen. These were minor issues compared to how our holiday went. Thank you."

"The cabin is beautifully situated on a hill with stunning views on Loch Long. No other noise than the little streams, wind and birds. The cabin is dog friendly, comfortable, spacious, tastfully decorated and well equiped. The owners provided a warm welcome and came to meet us for a chat just before we left. "We spent a wonderful week in Moriston Cottage despite the rain. Everything was very clean and the cottage is very well equipped, we had everything we needed. "This delightful cottage made the perfect base for exploring the Isle of Skye, with it being just 20 minutes from the Skye Bridge. It is situated on the shores of Loch Long and very peaceful without being too isolated. The view from the kitchen and lounge over the loch to mountain beyond alone made this one of my most memorable trips."

"We had a week here in September (10-17th) and loved every minute. We saw otters from the shore one day and did walks in every direction from the house. The weather treated us quite kindly and we managed to be outdoors for a good part of each day without getting (too!) wet. The house was so comfortable and well set up it was always a pleasure to return to. We slept so well too…all the fresh air and a super comfy bed. A great location for exploring Skye and the Glenelg area too."
