"There were 14 of us in total and the property fulfilled our needs perfectly! There was ample room and the property was immaculate and well appointed. The onsite manager was extremely helpful especially when we had a problem with the boiler and hot water which was resolved within a reasonable timeframe. The pool was excellent. There were restaurants, bars and beeches within easy travelling distance. The roads are a bit scary but the overall experience was outstanding and we would highly recommend...

"The Villa is wonderfully located near great beaches. It was a central place for the places I wanted to visit in Sardegna. The house was very nice and Vanna was extremely nice and helpful throughout our stay. The place was a bit hard to find at first, but overall I would stay here again."

"We had a very nice time staying at Villa Martina. It was a perfect space for our family of four. Both the indoor and outdoor spaces were comfortable and had everything we needed. The kitchen is fully equipped and had all the essentials plus more. Our kids loved the pool, which was a perfect size/depth for small children. The air conditioning worked well and efficiently, and we were happy to have easy access to a washing machine. Our first night we did have a problem with the gas to the stovetop...

"Contrattare l'affitto di una "villa" con giardino è un conto; contrattare per un "appartamento al piano superiore" di villa bifamiliare con l'eventualità di avere il giardino in comune con le altre 7 persone del piano inferiore..... è tutt'altra cosa! Cosa ancore più spiacevole vedere cambiare, nella descrizione dell'annuncio, da "villa" ad "appartamento al piano superiore" durante il soggiorno già interamente pagato....bhe, veramente scorretto!!! Sarebbe da chiamare in causa anche la direzione...

"Wir waren eine große Gruppe von 10 Erwachsenen und drei kleinen Kindern. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und perfekt für große Gruppen ausgestattet. Es wurden uns drei Kinderbetten, ein Kindertisch mit Stühlen, 1 Hochsitz und sogar ein Kinderwagen zur Verfügung gestellt. Vor Ort gab es einen sehr netten Italiener, der regelmäßig den Müll entleert hat und immer sofort kam wenn wir ihn brauchten. An manchen Tagen hat er uns sogar Gebäck vorbeigebracht. Einen Stern Abzug gibt es für den relativ kleinen...

"The property was as described, neat, cozy and well taken care of. The best part was actually dealing with Sergio that not only went above and beyond of his hosting duties but filling in as a top class concierge too. All questions had an answer, very detailed and very fast, nothing more to ask for. And now the kicker: our flight was canceled therefore rebooked by airline two days later. We had everything paid no ones fault on the matter and when we proposed to split the two days loss he refunded...

"We really enjoyed our stay at Antonello’s house. It is very homely and authentic- Antonello and Gabry were welcoming but respected our privacy. They were on hand though if we needed them for anything. The house is in a rural location so you really need a car if you want to explore all that Sardinia has to offer. Ossi and Tissi are about 20 minutes walk and have a few cafes and small shops. Gemini bar in Tissi is fab. Alghero is lovely and about 40 minutes drive. The garden and pool were great...
