"Booked 3 days, stayed 2, bed was like sleeping on the floor and the hotel was a rally drive from the reception, no WIFI and only one restaurant, however, beautiful views"

"The hotel was closed and would not open for us. The Homeaway support staff failed miserably in supporting us, so, I finally took my own initiative to book another hotel on MY CREDIT CARD. I have summarized my frustrations in discussions with the staff who were supposed to be helping me (both times), and am waiting to hear back from Homeaway. Pathetic The low rating is both for the hotel, and Homeaway's vetting and la ck of credible support. I would again like to hear from Homeaway's management...

"Un sitio muy tranquilo en medio de la naturaleza, cerca de Arcos y El Bosque, pero no para ir andando. Ángela en todo momento está atenta a que no falte de nada, la piscina muy bien cuidada, las casas perfectas para 4 personas aunque no hay problema si sois más porque hay 6 casas juntas. Mi perrita quizás la que más disfrutó de la naturaleza, con unos paseos por el campo imposibles en otro lugar. "Parking on site, which was convienant. A few dining options nearby including a hotel restaurant, but most of the shopping/dining optioins were a 10 min drive away in the heart of the city. Hotel staff was a skelton crew, and there were renovatioins taking place which caused some noise/mess, but that's expected in the off season."

Excellent stay at Hotel Bodega Tio Pepe

"Beautiful property- attached right to the bodega Tio Pepe! Excellent location to walk all around Jerez. A glass of sherry on the rooftop terrace looking at the cathedral was wonderful! Every staff member was so friendly and made our stay so nice. Highly recommend this hotel."

Christmas extravaganza in Jerez

"Spectacular! Impeccable service! Beautiful room with gorgeous courtyard view from balcony. Loved every moment spent here. The Christmas tree was breathtaking. But where my heart skipped a beat was when the children from Jerez came into the lobby and were greeted by the Magi ( 3 Kings celebrated here), it took me back to my childhood. This converted palace is a must visit even if you don't stay here. We loved it!"

Basic but sufficient

"Extremely basic hotel. Windows could not be opened and the shutters were stuck. However, room was cleaned well each day and new towels provided. Staff were friendly and, im sure, would have been helpful if I needed any. Great central location and the budget price matched expectations"

Great location

"Arcos is a peculiar hotel located atop a cliff on the highest part of town. Do not try driving on the towns narrow streets. Call the hitel and get directons to the remote parking area. Beautiful town and many bars and restaurants to choose. "
