The house is so close to the beach, short walk to the downtown area, restaurants, shops, brewery. We used the hot tub in the evenings to relax. Great place!"

We our well-traveled dogs with us, and we enjoyed the proximity to the beach as well as how peaceful and quiet the neighborhood was. The kitchen had any sort of utensils we could need, and the deck & bbq make me want to return during the warmer months so we can sit out & enjoy the sea breeze."

I understand why owners feel a need to do this, but I did not appreciate waking up to a house that was 55 degrees! (The basement room was especially cold). You would have to be up at 7:30 to override those settings and I do not vacation with the plan to rise that early. Please reconsider those settings, especially for the winter months!
