You will relax with a panoramic view inside or outside on the deck or grass or on the beach. The view will be stunning! No other property in Cove Beach or Falcon Cove has a better view.
The beach is about 2 miles long. Cove Beach to the north and Falcon Cove to the south.
Beach access is at the beginning of the driveway.

3 Rooms, 1 1/2 bath.

Quiet Hours: 10 PM - 7 AM.
Porch lights out for night viewing of the stars. (Think Neighbors).

Drive time: Only 1 hour and 30 minutes from downtown Portland to the Cottage.

Cancellations before 60 days will be refunded 100%. Inside 60 days, but before 30 days before check-in, there is a $250 fee for 1–3-night stay, $500 Fee for 4 nights or more. Inside 30 days there is no refund unless I can rent it to someone else, then there is only the $250.00 Fee for 1–3-night stays, $500 Fee for 4 nights or more.

Cleaning Fee to be billed after booking:
2 nights 2 guests $120, otherwise $140.
3 nights $160.
4 nights $170.
5-6 nights $180.
7 nights $200.
7+ nights To Be Determined.

We had the best time! The house was everything and more. The view was spectacular, the house was clean, the decor was beachy and cute. They had everything you could possibly need stocked at the house. We will definitely book here again!

Sparkling clean with spectacular views!
This little beach house perched on the cliff is even better in person! We thoroughly enjoyed the furnished patio deck with along with the Adirondack chairs placed on the lawn with unobstructed ocean views! We were very impressed with the cleanliness and excellent property condition. Well furnished and stocked with all you need. Location proximity to Cannon Beach and to Manzanita was also great. Communication with owner was smooth and prompt. One of the best beach stays ever and hope to return to in the future!

Place with a view
The house was on a cliff with gorgeous views of the ocean and beautiful rock formations. The one problem is there was very difficult access to the beach on top of rocks.

DEEP PEACE
Outstanding, private views. The neighborhood has challenging hills to hike and the beach is beautiful. The only thing missing was a dishwasher, but otherwise the kitchen was well appointed. Beautiful public hiking trails and Cannon City are nearby. A wonderful property.

Just wow!
All I can say is that I will never look for another place to stay in the Cannon Beach area! This is the coziest spot we have ever stayed in and I guarantee you, you won’t find a better front seat view to the ocean. The feel and overall vibe was so perfect and relaxing. We will be back!

Magnificent View!
We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Cove Beach house! The 180 degree view of the ocean is magnificent, and the house was exceptionally clean and well supplied. It’s a short hike down the stairs and across the rocks to the sand, which isn’t accessible at high tides. Tight parking, but easy to access and not far from town. Hard to find a more comfortable spot on the Oregon coast!

Relaxing weekend
We had a very calm and relaxing weekend enjoying the beautiful ocean view. Unfortunately, it was very cold and rainy so we didn't get to do much walking but it really didn't matter because we had such a good time reading and enjoying the view. Plus we had great breakfasts at Wanda's and nice dinners in Manzanita and Cannon Beach.

This is the one.
The views can’t be fully appreciated until you are there. It’s so amazing! On our last day we just sat on the couch watching the ocean all day. Such a wonderful, clean and quiet place. Thank you so much for sharing it with us. We wouldn’t change a single thing about it.

Cozy Paradise
What a beautiful home! We stayed for Thanksgiving and the weekend and had such a relaxing, wonderful time. The house was clean, nicely decorated, comfortable, and well stocked. The view was absolutely stunning. We would love to go back in warmer weather and enjoy that deck. Beach access was right at the end of the driveway and we spent time everyday exploring. We found quite a few sand dollars and limpets. We rent houses on the Oregon coast 2-3 times per year and this one will definitely go on our favorite list for future trips.

Short but sweet
We rented this house for a holiday trip. The house was as pictured on the website. Very clean, nicely furnished and a beautiful location. Sadly, we were unable to stay do to the massive storm the blew through the coast. The owner was very understanding and we will rebook this location at a later date.

Absolutely beautiful
Beautiful location! The house was very clean and stocked with everything you could need. Jim responded extremely quickly when answering questions. The beach was great and very secluded. The drive through the trees to get to the property was breathtaking. Restaurants and shopping in Cannon Beach is only about a 10 minute drive away. We travel a lot and this was probably the most beautiful place we’ve ever stayed. We hope to come back again!

Ten Stars isn't enough
Absolutely breathtaking! Check-in was a breeze. Directions were easy to follow. Location was PERFECT. We were able to explore North and South of the property and see more than we could have imagined. The pictures don't do it justice! Beyond the amazing view, the interior of the home is decorated perfectly. The kitchen had everything we needed. We were able to enjoy the view while having coffee even though the weather was chilly. Make sure to visit Hug Point at low tide to find the hidden beach, and Smuggler's cove to find the waterfall.

Great place to stay!
Wonderful views!! Secluded beach. Well stocked. Very clean. Comfortable furniture and beds. Older home with a mild old home smell. Nothing fancy or fussy but great for beach house! Great deck. On a bluff so yard is not super kid friendly. Access to the sand is slightly challenging and not ideal for elderly. Manzanita and Cannon Beach within short drive. Very fun experience!

Gorgeous View, Stocked with everything you need, and very clean!
This stay was amazing! The views just can't be beat. We knew it was the rainy season so we wanted something with a view from the inside and this place does not disappoint. The kitchen was stocked with necessities like spices, sugar, condiments, and coffee. There was every plate and cooking utensil needed. Even the toilet paper was a premium brand. The beds were comfortable and the bedding was a good heavy quality and cozy. When we had an issue getting the tv to work, the host contacted us right back. It was just a glitch and everything was working fine. I definitely will book again. Thanks for the lovely retreat!

This view is nothing short of amazing. The photos dont do it justice. The neighborhood quiet and secluded but a short distance to larger towns with shops and restaurants. Its very peaceful. The hosts were very helpful and considerate with emails before check in, linens and the kitchen items available. And they didn't leave a laundry list of to do's for checkout which is nice. I love this whole area and checked availability for our next stay before we even left. The beds are not super comfortable but I think thats so much personal preference its hard to please everyone with a bed. It doesn't even rate into our overall experience. I cant say enough great things about this house. We can't wait to go back.
