Your adventure to Lake Michigan begins here, a lovely, welcoming, private place for you! Arcadia is a small town with amazing access to WORLD CLASS GOLF (Arcadia Bluffs), the beach (sunsets), and the Arcadia Marsh Nature Preserve. (Birds)! Walk or drive to all in less than 5 minutes. Coffee and Crepes? Ice cream or dinner? Yep, all within 5 min too! Did I mention the scenic overlook or fine dining? 5 minutes away! This simple, private home is ALL YOURS, well prepared and ready for you to enjoy! Starting in June 2025, this home will be a 7-night minimum!

You will enjoy this cheery, bright, newly renovated quaint home, 925 sq ft. It has tons of natural light, a spacious kitchen, dining room, and living room, two bedrooms, and a pull-out couch with a nice mattress. There is also a new bathroom. The yard is private, and high shrubs keep it that way! The backyard is nice for relaxing!

Arcadia Bluffs -- Golf, Lodge, and Dine On The Edge of Perfection -- is 5 min away.

Arcadia Sunset Beach is a pet-friendly spot in Arcadia, MI. Leashed dogs are welcome at this beach as long as they are cleaned up after. There's also a children's playground and restrooms by the FREE parking area.

Nice for an overnight.
House was very clean. I was surprised there was no air conditioning—which was relevant as it was warm this weekend. However, there was a fan which was helpful to circulate air. Similarly, I was surprised there was no dishwasher. Wasn’t a big deal since I was there for one night and didn’t cook much but would be nice to know if I were planning to stay multiple nights.

Enjoyable cottage in a lovely area
We stayed in this newly renovated, comfy cottage, situated in a small, quiet community, while enjoying tourist attractions nearby. The cottage lacks air conditioning, has few usable window screens, and its larger bedroom ceiling lacks trim. The owner didn’t answer my message during our stay, but my question was a minor one.

Property must be dog friendly? Dog hair was found. Could use some better blinds in the bedrooms. Great little house for what we needed. Not sure why there is two different kitchens in the photos

Great home in a great location
Super charming and updated home in a quiet neighborhood, blocks away from marina and beach. Walk to coffee and lunch/dinner across street. Close to Arcadia mountain biking/hiking, dunes , Frankfort. House is spacious, with a great Kitchen with nice gas stove, good coffee pot, totally redone bath. We loved our stay and will definitely keep this one on the list. host was charming and check in/out easy. Say yes to this one!!!

Love Arcadia
We enjoyed our stay. Arcadia is a quaint little town with a lot to love. The marsh, a lakeside park, and the beach are all within walking distance. The house fit our needs, it's a cute place. A grill would have made it even better but we used Grebe park when we wanted to grill
