"Noales is about 30+ miles from Venice, but it was so easy to get there. Take the train by first walking from the apartment for a little bit. Train takes you right to Venice. "We were told that the apartment building had a lift. It does not! The apartment is on the third floor. As two of us have mobility issues it spoiled it for us.
