Arcachon - Aiguillon / Marina, beaches, shops, restaurants and cycle paths nearby, HOUSE T3 of 80m2 in a quiet area, modern and new comprising: an entrance with office, a large living room of 41m2 (sofa bed 140X190cm / TV / WIFI) on a large sunny terrace of 30m2 facing south-west, a perfectly equipped open kitchen, a bedroom (bed 140X190cm), a bathroom with toilet (large Italian shower), a second bedroom (2 beds 90X190cm) and a storeroom (washing machine), underfloor heating..
Ideal for a couple with children, single-storey detached house, offering all the comfort sought for a great holiday on the bay.
Fenced garden of 180m2 including a large terrace (with its furniture, table and chairs for 5 people (large parasol from April to the end of September)) of 30m2 and the possibility of parking two cars in the driveway.
Accommodation classified as 4-star furnished tourist accommodation
Household linen (sheets and towels) not provided, possibility of renting them via the agency, [hidden] 1 pack (sheets and towels) double bed €42 per week.

Several cafes and restaurants are located in this same area 600m from the house: Italian restaurant Le Bassano, Le Chipiron (seafood), Le Bistrot du Port, Le Patio (Michelin starred restaurant: one star). The Santa Maria (seafood) is located on the marina inside the CVA.

Nous avons apprécié la maison impeccable qui correspond à l'annonce. Bien équipée fonctionnelle et décorée avec goût. Situation de l'Aiguillon idéale pour ceux qui recherchent un peu le calme et l'authenticité, loin de l'agitation du centre d'Arcachon.

Overall experience
Our stay was very good. Two points, the exterior shots of the property from the road are of another property so this should be remedied. Terrace and interior both excellent. Normally, tidying up by the renter's and then cleaning is within the price. Appreciated the manager, Fanny, for her attention. Location is interesting and peaceful. Recommend bikes for getting into the central beaches.

Très beau séjour ! Petit bémol .. un peu excentré du centre ville et accès aux plages avec véhicule
Maison très propre agencée avec beaucoup de goût . Spacieuse , jardinet agréable . Unique bémol .. un peu à distance du centre ville et ces plages nécessitant de prendre la voiture pour les déplacements.
