a fireside chair, a bedroom with 1 140 cm bed (separated by a blackout curtain from the living room), independent kitchen with a dishwasher, a washing machine, 4 ceramic hobs, a microwave, an oven. A bathroom with WC. A large terrace of 16 m², ideal location in the city center close to all shops with frontal view of the basin.
Apartment a bit noisy because close to restaurants.
Secure private outdoor parking space.
White linen is not provided. Pets not allowed.

Appartement ancien propre eet lumineux mais très bruyant
La livraison des restaurants alentours dès 7h00 du matin engendre des stationnements de camions sous les fenêtres très anciennes sans isolement phonique. Compliqué pour la grasse mat'. En journée et soirée, c'est la ventilation des cuisines presque directement sur la terrasse qui est également très bruyante. Dommage car l'appartement est très bien placé.
