There is a washer in the unit, but no way to hang clothes to dry. This was important to us as we packed with the intention of doing laundry. "When we booked this was rated as 4-star. Plenty of space, comfortable bed and nice friendly owners, but 4-star it isn't. We were also lead to believe that it was in walking distance of various restaurants but there was nothing - the nearby hotel had a beach bar/restaurant but that closed for the season during our stay (in September?). Views over a building site! The photos on the Villa's website include several that are actually of the mentioned hotel, not Villa Nico and it's own facilities."

"The location of this hotel is excellent, and there is a variety of pillows to choose from for a great night's sleep. The room and bathroom are fully equipped, with strong water pressure and hot water for a relaxing shower. The breakfast menu is delicious, and you can order whatever you like. Plus, you can enjoy the sauna for free during your stay. Definitely worth booking!"
