"I booked this stay a few months in advance for my 50th birthday and Christmas vacation. The property owner did not respond, nor was there a place to check into the property. I called VRBO, but they were not able to get ahold of the property owner. I had to cancel my trip outside the US on Dec 22nd before my birthday and Christmas. What a nightmare! Of course, everything else was booked on the VRBO site, and we ended up spending 3x as much at a hotel that had space for our family. I recommend...

"This condo is about a 20 minute drive from downtown Nassau, but about 8 minutes in both directions from public beaches. It was clean, comfortable, well lit, and fully stocked. Bedrooms are upstairs, large main, with walk in shower in one, full bath in the other. The neighborhood is quiet, and there is a busy restaurant across the street that you will like, Spritz. The condo faces the other way so we never heard any noise. We would definitely return and recommend this property to fruends"
