Terrível!
O Hotel não segue o padrão do Ibis e não existe manutenção. Caso vc não tome banho cedo, fica sem água quente. As toalhas parecem pano de chão, o colchão um pedaço de espuma velha e os edredons todos rasgados. Foi difícil dormir todas as noites nesse hotel.

Pedi apenas para juntar as camas de solteiro para tentar ficar uma de casal, pois na hora da reserva não tinha mais quarto com cama de casal, e eles ignoraram completamente o pedido. Já no hotel eu pedi novamente e eles apenas empurraram as camas mas não trocaram os lençóis para casual. Decepcionante

Terrível, logo quando cheguei tive uma surpresa na cobrança de estacionamento, quando precisei falar com a recepção o telefone estava mudo, a atendente não escutava minha voz, e mesmo após diversas tentativas ela não teve a capacidade de ligar para o meu telefone, quando fui fazer o checkout faltou energia e tive que dever 6 andares de escada com as malas, se quer foi oferecido uma ajuda com as malas, espero não precisar usar os serviços do Íbis.
