"A beautiful complex, in a truly stunning area of the Basque Country. The staff are great. Maria Vitorica spoke excellent English and was very helpful. Grounds are pristine - wonderful views of the ocean and hills; beautiful gardens; great exercise/obstacle course; tennis court and the pool is even better than the photos! Service with a Smile

"First stay after the remodeling of the bar area. Looks great but it is very loud in there now. Service outstanding as always. Concierge was so helpful and got me a Doctor’s appointment right away when I told her I wasn’t feeling well. Coordinated everything flawlessly!"
