There was a foul smell in the bathroom. To be honest we never mentioned it and it did amelliorate after we showered. Other than that, the place is perfect.

The view of the palace from our window was great, the room very comfortable, the shower excellent. Wonderful breakfast! The location couldn't have been more central - everything was within easy reach. Very happy to have secure underground parking. All in all, impressed with the hotel.

Ver convenient and comfortable hotel. Disappointing to see so much graffiti and litter surrounding hotel and the palace. Food in the hotel was great which was good as locally there were only a few good restaurants. Not only did not get an upgrade but got up sold on an upgrade which covered parking.
