This time we spent ten days in Piatra Neamț and this hotel was exactly what we needed and expected. Very clean, the cleaning crew did an amazing job throughout the week, very quick in responding to any questions we had during our stay, looking forward to our next vacation in one year. "

" Nice balcony room. Some sewage smell. Hard to control AC. The worst though is checking in again May 26. EXTREMLy LOUD music from ground floor ball room. No ability of hotel to control the group occupying it. Even when front desk staff closed the door the group opened it. Band playing full noise level Even security personnel moved away from the hotel door. Saw same thing previous week with a wedding. Ridiculous. Stay clear of this hotel."
