"I was shown to my room, it looked like it had never been cleaned, at least 4 spiders in the bathroom at first glance, webs everywhere. Ants on the floor, in the bed, on the tables (where I was expected to eat). No soap or toiletries as stated on the website. "We were moved to a different property called Casa Seaesta at the last minute as there was a “short circuit”. Even a two star rating is overrated for this property. The entire property is cheaply built and maintained. The pool photo on the website is from the adjacent property. The guests are smoking everywhere on the property including the restaurant.
