Best of all, it was a 5 minute walk across a bridge from the our arrival train station. Note: for those with sensitive skin like me, I put a t-shirt over my pillow to stop the reaction from the scented detergent/dryer chemicals."

"This place is great. Central in old town, close to metro, tram, the cathedral, the Ribeira market, and in a very lively area with restaurants and bars (pinxtos!). I accidentally loaded the Bilbao transit card with too much credit, so I used the tram to go where I would normally walk to (eg the Guggenheim) and I'm thankful the Arriaga tram stop was a 2minute walk from this place. The bldg felt secure, code needed to enter the bldg, the elevator, and the room. The property was very new and clean. Noise insulation was good. Would stay again."
