Les Carroz is an authentic Savoyard village located in the heart of the Alps in Haute-Savoie. Its ski area, the Grand Massif, is one of the largest in Europe. We love it for its charm and access: 10 minutes from the exit of the motorway or the train station Cluses and 1 hour from Geneva airport. The renovated apartment is at the foot of the shuttle that runs every 10 minutes. It enjoys a beautiful view of the mountain and the main track, a large bright living room, a fully equipped kitchen and very comfortable beds. The apartment is composed of a large room furnished to new (double bed 160 mattress box spring new, a wardrobe 3 doors and a dresser), a large mountain corner that can accommodate 4 people (single beds). The apartment has all the necessary comfort for après ski: aquatic center and leisure 5 minutes, flat screen TV, raclette and fondue, board games and books, washing machine, etc. You have a ski locker and a free outdoor parking.

De grandes ballades, des montées, des descentes à VTT. Et puis des pauses à l'appart, bien méritées avec une belle vue sur le terrain de jeu. Des vacances premium.

Excellent séjour !
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, l'emplacement de l'appartement est idéal, au calme, fonctionnel et très propre...les propriétaires sont à l'écoute... Nous avons eu la chance d'avoir une semaine de grand beau temps donc nous avons fait de magnifiques randos ( à pieds et en VTT), la proximité du centre et de la piscine sont appréciables...en bref, que du bonheur ! Nous ne connaissions pas Les Carroz mais nous reviendrons...

Great Apartment
WE were only people but this apartment can accommodate up to 6. The layout is a bit quirky and is ideal for a family or a group of good friends. The kitchen is very well equipped and the shower room, although a little small, is very nice. Will stay there again.

Appartement assez grand bien décoré mais pas de wifi
Pratique avec bus gratuit toutes les 15 min qui amène au pieds des pistes et centre spa proche - appartement bien agencé - terrasse / baie vitrée sympa - par contre, il faudrait penser à mettre du wifi car réception 3G faible et besoin d’aller sur Internet de nos jours :)

Très bien équipé et décoré avec goût. Adapté pour une famille de 5. Situation tranquille avec pleins de balades. Superbe bien desservi par le bus de ville ou à 10 minute à pieds du centre ville. Oubliez la voiture. Destination fortement conseillée.

Super séjour
Nous avons passé une super semaine aux Carroz. L’appartement est top! Très bien équipé, pratique et propre. Il est un peu loin du centre mais il y a des navettes gratuites juste à côté. Nous avons malgré tout, utilisé notre voiture pour nous rendre au pied des télécabines. Il y a un grand parking pour s’y garer et j’ai trouvé cette façon de faire beaucoup plus simple au final. Réservez les yeux fermés!

Spacieux et très bien équipé, cet appartement offre une belle vue sur les montagnes. Dans un coin calme à l'écart du centre, mais avec la navette à deux pas, il est la garantie d'un séjour réussi. Très bon séjour aux Carroz. Merci aux propriétaires.

Appartement fidèle au descriptif et aux photos, la vue sur la piste et chalets, top ! Ensoleillé c'est vraiment très agréable… Bien équipé et pratique, le décoration est de qualité et assez authentique, ce qui change de la plupart des locations à la montagne. Pour aller au coeur de la station, la navette juste en bas de la résidence, c'est un vrai plus. Centre nautique à pied juste à côté. Bref, à recommander sans hésitation.

Séjour remarquable et dépaysant - à conseiller
Nous sommes une famille avec 2 enfants de 7 et 10 ans, l'appartement était parfait pour nous. Propreté et équipement irréprochables (wifi, jeux de société, tout le nécessaire de cuisine,...) : rien à redire là-dessus. Le centre de loisirs tout proche propose plein d'activités pour les enfants (tennis, piscine, tir à l'arc, acrobranches,...). Les principaux sites touristiques de Haute-Savoie sont à moins d'une heure en voiture, nous avons visité Chamonix (aiguille du Midi, mer de glace,...), Sixt-fer-à-cheval, Annecy. Bref, location et sejour recommandés pour ceux qui recherchent dépaysement, calme, vacances sportives et pour la beauté des paysages. À refaire !

Confort, calme et proche toutes commodités
Vraiment très bien. Bien agencé, cette appartement est très agreable (surtout au réveil avec le soleil qui ébloui le coin salon/cuisine) tout y est, rien ne manque. L'accueil fut excellent, on a même eu un panier garni a notre arrivé. A refaire sans hésitation. Merci encore ;-)

très bel appartement cosy et lumineux.
location plutôt bien située dans une copropriété au calme et à proximité des commerces. L'appartement est propre et bien entretenu, avec une ambiance rappelant les chalets savoyards, c'est vraiment très agréable et appréciable ( ça change du mobilier IkEa!!). Les différents conseils du propriétaire ont été très apprécié car on s'est senti les bienvenus alors qu'on ne les a jamais rencontrés! c'était vraiment chaleureux et très sympa. De plus, ce qui était très appréciable, c'était la proximité de l'arrêt de bus pour les navettes et les petits commerces (boulangerie,traiteur....) sinon un seul tout Petit bémol: il n'y a pas beaucoup de choix dans les restaurants et surtout il faut absolument penser à réserver!! Dans tous les cas , nous avons passé un super séjour et je le recommande vivement!!! nous reviendrons!!

Appartement très agréable et fonctionnel, suffisamment spacieux pour une famille de 5 personnes. Belle vue sur la piste des Timarets et les chalets savoyards. Bonne exposition avec soleil inondant le séjour le matin jusqu'en début d'après midi, révélant une décoration soignée de style "montagnard chic". Centre de la station proche par la navette, arrêt juste en bas de la résidence. Centre nautique proche également (5mn à pied). À recommander.

séjour vraiment très agréable
je recommande vraiment cette location appartement très cosy où rien ne manque doté d 'une jolie vue et d'un calme absolu état de propreté impeccable , literie neuve et confortable , jolie déco et une multitude de rangements pour conserver toute la surface de l'appartement très spacieux navette gratuite à 50 m qui permet de se rendre au cœur de la station en 5 mn pour faire ses courses ou skier et cela toutes les 20 mn et toute la journée , nous avons énormément apprécié notre séjour
