As instalações do hotel é péssima, o quarto não tinha nenhum interfone, fiquei no segundo andar o q eu precisava tinha q descer as escadas para informar a recepção, as roupas de cama com cheiro de mofo, o hotel estava em reforma e a área da piscina estava sempre suja, enfim deixou muito a desejar.

Até hoje o pior lugar que já fiquei em aracaju-se. Atendimento ruim, quarto sujo. Ambiente também passa uma sensação de sujeira.. Ar-condicionado sujo, acordei tossindo e com dor de cabeça devido a poeira do Ar. Ao ir tomar café, você passa em meio a 3 banheiros até chegar no refeitório. Café da manhã péssimo, parecia ser comida dormida!

A funcionária da recepção foi extremamente mal-educada. Comunicamos que havíamos pedido uma pizza e pedimos para informar quando chegasse, de toda forma, quando o estabelecimento avisou que enviou o pedido minha esposa desceu para buscar. Chegando à recepção, aguardou por mais de 20 minutos e, quando entrou em contato com a pizzaria para reclamar, foi informada que o pedido já havia sido entregue na recepção. A recepcionista já havia recebido a pizza, estava com minha esposa em sua frente e simplesmente não comunicou que já havia recebido a pizza.
