"The Check In process was seamless and they upgraded us to a better room. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout the stay. It was within walking distance to all transportation and to many malls. Many food, vendors and restaurants just steps away. The air conditioning worked amazingly. The bathroom a great size with all the amenities included like shampoo, shower gel, and toiletries. Definitely used the water kettle for coffee and tea that was provided. "It’s such a shame because the staff here are extremely helpful and welcoming but this hostel is not clean at all. I’ve stayed at many hostels in Singapore but I cannot recommend this one. Beds are very uncomfortable, no windows, toilets and showers are in same room so toilet is constantly soaked, many insects crawling walls. Once again, it’s such a shame this hosel is like his as owners are so kind."
