Food gifts were left for us ( regional breads and beer) apart from the well stocked larder for our use in the kitchen. "This is one of the few rental properties on our recent trip to Europe where we felt like the owners had gone to a great deal of effort to provide everything you need to be comfortable. "Zum Strand musste man mit dem Auto 5 Minuten bis 30 Minuten je nach Strand fahren. Der unten an der Klippe war zum Baden im Meer gut, aber nicht um den Tag da zu verbringen. Ansonsten tipptopp, Wohnung hell und gekühlt, super Blick übers Meer und der Poolbereich ist ein Pluspunkt. Kleiner Supermarkt im Nachbardorf, leider teuerer als unten in der Stadt. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. 2 erwachsene, 4 Kinder"

"The house was as described in the listing, the kitchen had all we needed and we where happy to find body wash and shampoo in the bathroom. The property was clean with nice outdoor spaces. The instructions and communication prior to arrival were complete and clear and the hosts were very supportive and took care of everything. The welcome bottle of wine was really good and a pleasant surprise. Overall a great stay for our family to relax and enjoy this beautiful area. ."

"The property itself is very nice, a clean and precious small flat like some of us live in. Silent, a Safe Spot for the car and you have like 3mins by feet to reach the beach main entrance and also only 3mins to the Center of Grado and its Shops, Bars, Restaurants. We booked it already 3 times and again already a 4th time for next year, I think that says a lot. Rino is very friendly, Check-in and out is totally uncomplicated. What we love most about this apartment is to have a washing machine...

"The hotel was located outside of the main tourist area but was a very easy walk from it. The apartment living space was large but the kitchen was small if one had the intention to actually cook in it. However for coffee, use of a refrigerator and a light breakfast, it was fine. I appreciated the washer at this point on our trip and it worked well. Parking was about a 10 minute walk away on mostly flat ground. The Pri Mari restaurant next door was very good. "
