"It is a nice hotel but very outdated. The room I was in needed a renovation yesterday. The bathroom was clean but again needs a renovation. The beach and pool areas are very nice!! Sand is clean, the pool is large, there is a sitting area as well, where you can enjoy a sunset. I would come back but wish the hotel had some Reno done inside. "

"I ended up having to extend my stay and chose Oryx. Very high level of service, excellent breakfast, everyone very attentive. Sliding glass door to balcony needed the lock repaired; was fixed in 10 minutes with a call to the front desk. All in all a very good experience there. Would reccomend."

"No frills property at a great price. Well located for walking access to main part of town. Staff are very friendly and helpful, and we very much enjoyed their hospitality. Beds were clean and breakfast was sufficient!"
