This is a stunning, townhouse nestled on the corner of a quiet court in Seascape, Aptos. Its located three short blocks from Seascape Beach Resort. There is a paved, public pathway through the Resort to the beach(a five minute walk). Seascape Beach is located between Rio Del Mar beach and La Selva beach. Watch dolphins and sea otters at play during your morning walk, surfing during the day and enjoy bonfires on the beach at night. Walking distance to a great Mexican restaurant(Palapas), Chinese, pizza, coffee house, fine dining(Sanderlings), boutique clothing, day spa, tennis and groceries.

This non smoking home beautifully decorated with an excellent open airy floor plan. Master bathroom has double vessel sinks and a jetted tub with rain shower head. Great Condo in Aptos
This is the second year we have stayed at this condo in Aptos and we really enjoy it. It's clean, updated, comfortable and well-maintained. It has easy access to the beach, golf and restaurants, but it's also away from the fast-paced visitors in Santa Cruz. You can spend a slow day relaxing in Aptos, or it's a quick drive to Capitola, Santa Cruz, and even Monterey.

Great Getaway!
My husband, a friend, two dogs and I stayed here for a long weekend, and loved it. The place is clean, spacious, and near enough to a dog-friendly beach (bit of a hike, but the dogs didn't mind). Palagas (in the shopping center at the end of the Seascape where it T's into Sumner) has some of the best Mexican food I've ever had! Owners were responsive to questions and needs. Everything we wanted -- I would recommend to anyone.

Pretty home!
We were very happy with our stay. We had everything we needed. The only reason it wasn’t a 5 was due to the spiders and webs on the exterior of the home with lots of webs on plants around the home. However, nothing on the inside, it was spotless! Could be it was due for the next pest control visit. Would stay again. Thank you.

comfortable roomy townhouse close to the beach!
Most of the family lives in the Santa Clara/ Santa Cruz area. This seemed like the perfect spot for a Christmas get together. We had different family for 3 days in a row and the place was roomy enough and close enough to the beach to make everyone happy. We also liked the fact that the backyard was enclosed and that it was a dog friendly place. The fire pit never quite worked right and the gas grill needs some attention or to be replaced. These were minor inconveniences considering the comfort of the beds and the home.

Very Nice, But...
We loved being walking distance from a beautiful uncrowded beach. We loved the living spaces in the home. The kitchen was well stocked with all the dishes/etc we needed. Just a couple of challenges: housekeeping left a full load of sheets and towels in the dryer, which we had to fold and set aside before we could use it. The place is located on a busy street; yes, technically in a cul-de-sac, but right on the corner of the main street coming and going through Sea Scape. Therefore it was much noisier than we expected. The outside patio was not cleaned up much, but we had a BBQ nonetheless. The bathrooms were beautiful, but the jacuzzi tub was not user friendly. The hot water pressure was so low, that after 30 minutes, it will was not full enough to use. Overall, we had a lovely time!

Great place to stay
House was clean and had plenty of space for the 5 of us. Home was fully stocked with any items we needed for kitchen. Walk to the back area was short. Grocery and coffee shop near rental was very nice. Radiant floor heating took awhile to heat up, but once it did we were plenty warm. Owners left great instructions and we had everything we needed with no confusion.

Great spot in Aptos. Close to everything and the place was as advertised.
Every happy with this rental. Nice layout, clean and close to food, coffee and the beach. Aptos is a great location. It's a bit quieter than Santa Cruz but close to everything. We would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful home and extremely clean! Great location walking to shops and the beach. Very comfortable beds, sheets and bath towels. The kids loved the jetted bathtub. The kitchen has any and everything You could possibly need to cook a meal, very well stocked with utensils and appliances. We had a very wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this home. We like this location as it is an easy walk to the beach and restaurants. The home was clean and very convenient for a family. Our only challenge was in locking the front door upon leaving. It was hit or miss to lock. We finally seemed to get the knack of the lock by closing the door firmly. Not a deal breaker as we will rent again!
