Stunning Aptos Home with Treetop Views Adjacent to the Seascape Golf Course

A picturesque location with lots of privacy on this tranquil Monterey Pine lined street overlooking the 8th tee of Seascape Golf Course. The view from the back deck makes you feel like you are living in a treehouse and, when the conditions are right, you can even hear the relaxing sounds of crashing waves. Enjoy the short walk (8 houses) to the woodsy path leading down to the beautiful and uncrowded Hidden Beach, see photos.

This completely renovated 2,000 sf, three bedroom, 3 bath home is a perfect place to escape, unwind and settle into the low key lifestyle that is Aptos.
This 2-story home sits on a hillside and features a modern, updated floor plan for a relaxed vacation.

On the main level of the home is a gourmet kitchen with an island, state of the art appliances and a dining area with seating for 10. The living room has a vaulted knotty pine ceiling, large sectional couch, game table, pellet stove and floor to ceiling windows overlooking the canyon and golf course with sliding doors to a full wrap-around entertaining deck. The den has vaulted beamed ceiling, leather queen sofa sleeper, built-in stone desk top and 55” HDTV. The large master suite has a cal king bed with dual shower heads and dual sinks in the bathroom. There is also a full guest bathroom on the main level. The master and guest baths are newly renovated and elegantly designed with top quality stone counters and floors.

The spacious lower level includes guest bedroom 2 with luxurious queen bed and sliding door to wrap-around deck, and guest bedroom 3 with another luxurious queen bed, large picture window and surfboard on the wall. A large updated bathroom with rainfall shower head. The family room has 9’ knotty pine ceilings, 65” flat screen HDTV, and leather queen sofa sleeper. There is also a full size washer and dryer. The large wrap-around deck has a patio table that seats 8 and a gas bbq for enjoying outdoor dining.

The property sits between the Rio Del Mar and Seacliff neighborhoods, and only minutes from the Rio Del Mar freeway exit makes this an ideal location for getting around the Monterey Peninsula.

Beautiful property
My family (adults and teens) had a wonderful stay here. Aside from being clean and tidy and well-stocked, there were so many thoughtful little touches and details such as nightlights everywhere. The short walk to the beach is lovely, and the backyard views are so serene. Our teens loved having there own floor to hang out, too. Highly recommend!

Our group of two families (4 adults and 4 children/teenagers) travelled from Sweden and spent five nights here. It provided a truly relaxing basecamp for our daily excursions and each day we were looking forward to getting back "home". Gorgeous Home Away from Home
My husband and I along with our three children (ages 5, 8, and 9) absolutely adored this beautiful house. It was the perfect setup for our family with the den downstairs and two adjoining bedrooms and a bathroom - this was the kids' hang-out area and they loved it. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything you could need. The views were beautiful and it was great to go out onto the deck(s) in the morning to hear the birds chirping. The short walk to Hidden Beach was fantastic; we hope to return again soon!

Beautiful Beach Getaway
We couldn't ask for a more perfect home for our beach weekend getaway! The house has beautiful views of the trees and greenery of the canyon in back and is very well equipped, comfortable, and clean. Walking distance to the beach provided a beautiful outdoor experience. This is our second time staying here. I misunderstood and thought we were closer to the beach, but the house was gorgeous and the neighborhood was perfect. The home had every convenience. The bedrooms were large and well appointed. Lots of pillows, blankets etc. bathrooms were large and had all of the amenities you could want. Downstairs was large and very comfortable. The bottle of wine was much appreciated and delicious. Our stay was excellent. Thank you for making it so easy and wonderful.

A perfect place for our Girls Weekend
Our entire group couldn't get over how well maintained this home was for a Vacation Rental. Anything we needed or wanted was available. It proved to be perfect accommodations for our group of 6. The only complaint we have is that the driveway proved to be very steep for our hybrid rental van, but that's hardly worth saying! All in all, we would recommend this beautiful home to anyone. A true gem!

We are Santa Cruz natives and after 15 years away we came back to share our hometown with our kids...this beautiful home was the perfect home base. The house was impeccable and every detail was thought of from pantry items to beach equipment ...you will want for nothing! The back yard was so serene and full of wildlife we saw deer every day and even had a sweet coyote visit one morning(they even supplied binoculars to watch the animals) the owners were very helpfull and kind...we will definitely be back

We used this beautiful home as home base for the Mother of the Bride and a couple of her friends. It is a beautiful house, very well appointed with everything you would need. Even better than what the pictures show. The furniture and furnishings are very high end and the overall feel is spa-like. Perfect for the MOB! We will return!

amazing house in great location
The house was as beautiful inside as the pictures. Waking up to views of the trees is peaceful. And an easy, fun hike to the beach for amazing sunsets. Extremely well appointed... any kitchen item you could possibly need and more, as well as soft/luxurious blankets that were cozy and made us feel at home. Great owner communication and easy access. Everyone loved it and would definitely stay again when back to Aptos. Highly recommended.

Beautiful Location
Absolutely loved this vacation rental. The pictures are exactly as it is. The view outside is woods where we saw a fox and deer. The outside decks are a great addition. It’s all update so top of the line appliances, beautiful bathrooms and tons of amenities. There is plenty of condiments which helped also. The location is amazing as well. We were 5 mins to the beach and the highway. Perfect!! Lisa was so helpful as well. If we go back to the west coast, will definitely stay there. 5 stars!

Perfect rental
We would give this home six stars if we could. The home itself has been beautifully renovated by someone with great taste. The bathrooms and kitchen are gorgeous. The home is also very large, nestled in a quiet neighborhood, and private. The top level of the two-story porch is literally among the trees; you can have your breakfast or look at the stars only feet away from hummingbirds and woodpeckers, and there are owls at night. It is also a short walk past a playground to the beach. We were also able to make reasonable drives to Santa Cruz, Monterey, Carmel, Palo Alto, San Jose, San Francisco, and Sausalito. One final note — the house is incredibly well stocked, every supply, beach item, and condiment you can think of. As just one example, there is an expensive pair of field binoculars to use if you enjoy bird or whale watching.

Absolutely the best!!!
We had the most amazing stay at this property! We were blown away by the cleanliness and attention to detail that the owners made to keep this house feeling warm and homey, not like the typical rental home that could sometimes feel bare. This was quite the opposite! The kitchen is more than fully stocked. It was so easy to make a meal, and we made an entire thanksgiving dinner there and we had no issues. Having two living areas was amazing. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. It really made a big difference in how comfortable we all were. We traveled with a wide range of ages - 2 years to 75 years old, and it fit everyone perfectly. The owners are the most lovely people ever!!! We had some extra needs during our stay, and I just can’t express how appreciative we were in how they were able to accommodate us. Really wonderful people. The location is a perfect distance to have a nice 15 min stroll to the beach or a quick 5 min drive. And the street the house is on is very lovely and well maintained. Very cute area! We highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay around here. You will not be disappointed. Thank you again for everything Lisa!!! We’re excited to come back next time we visit our family there!
