With its prime location and stunning views, this vacation rental offers a retreat for those seeking a memorable beachside family escape.

As you step inside, you'll immediately be captivated by the family-friendly ambiance of the home. The spacious living area is designed with family gatherings in mind, featuring comfortable seating, large picture windows, and welcoming coastal decor that complements the breathtaking ocean views.

This home boasts four bedrooms, providing ample space for everyone to unwind and recharge after a day of beach adventures. Please note: The primary bedroom is “loft-style”—private, but open to the living room below. Fall asleep to the soothing sound of waves and wake up to the golden hues of the sunrise dancing on the water—a truly unforgettable way to start each day.

Step outside onto the spacious deck, where you can enjoy the sun and breathe in the fresh ocean breeze. The deck provides an ideal space for alfresco dining, enjoying a morning cup of coffee, or simply relishing the beauty of the coastal surroundings.

Being located directly across the street from the beach on Beach Drive, you'll have easy access to the sandy shores of Aptos. Spend your days building sandcastles, playing beach volleyball, or simply lounging under the warm California sun.

Aptos is a charming coastal town that exudes a laid-back vibe and offers a variety of activities and attractions for visitors. Santa Cruz is a ten-minute drive away, and Monterey is a 45-minute drive south.

Please note that there are two sets of stairs: one upon entry up to the main living area, and another set of stairs leading to the upstairs loft bedroom and the bedroom with twin beds, which share a “Jack and Jill” style bathroom.

Amazing spot on Beach Drive
Such a great place that is totally dependent on the weather. We just happened to get a stretch of amazing weather so could take advantage of the great location. The house was clean on the inside and fit our family well. Only 2 pieces of feedback I'd give the owners, 1 - for the price, the deck furniture could have been a lot higher quality, and 2 - the entrance under the car park was not super clean. 3 - Need basic beach equipment for the house. Beach chairs, bikes, etc for those visiting outside of driving distance. We would definitely go back though. All just things the owners need to invest in a little.

Beautiful Location...Lacking Maintenance and Amenities
We visited here for a family vacation to the Santa Cruz area for five days. The location of this property is ideal. You are literally across the street from a relatively unpopulated section of beach and able to hear ocean sounds day and night. The floor to ceiling windows (with window coverings) make for a wonderful ambiance for a beach visit. With that said, the location is what you are paying for as there were a number of maintenance items which need attention and amenities that were in the listing which were not provided. Amenities - There is no washer and dryer. No hair dryer was provided. The BBQ is a Traeger; no pellets were provided. Maintenance - Ants - There were ants all over the kitchen and throughout the rest of the house. After day 1 we had to move all food off the counters to the refrigerator and kitchen table to keep the ants at bay. I also found them in weird places (like a dresser). Needless to say the pests were annoying. Plumbing - One of the master bath faucets was not working properly and would only spray a tiny stream of water. To their credit, the property manager had a plumber come out and fix it, but they weren't able to come until Thursday. We left Friday. We also discovered the master bath shower had no water pressure and was unusable. So, we all showered in the downstairs bathroom. Overall, our visit was ok. We enjoyed the location, but felt the home should be in better condition given the price we paid.
