"We checked in later the expected but check in was a breeze. The rooms are big and clean. Having hot water was amazing not alot of hotels/motels have hot wster. The only thing i didn't like was our neighbors for reasons but all and all it was a great stay "

"Overall the aprtmnt was clean tidy and well decorated. The fridge had broken shelves in the door but was still usable. The floors were constantly cold because there were no tenants in the store below to run heat..The front entrance was tiny and cramped with an open exposed electrical panel that I had to use for the heater in this area. Didn't see. Very safe. Very disappointed in the lack of personal phone response from several requests. The only form of communication was through email which is tedious and time consuming. No snow removal from front doorway. Had to clear it myself,not a big deal but if I was elderly then could be an issue. Was not notified about previous fire that disallowed use of outside veranda. Also limited the apartment to one fire exit downstairs where the electrical panels were. "

"We had a wonderful stay at this lovely, clean cottage! Everything was perfectly prepared for our arrival, and the communication with the host was seamless and very accommodating. The location is unbeatable, situated directly on the lake, offering stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. The cottage is also well-equipped with entertainment options for kids, both indoors and outdoors, which kept them happily engaged throughout our stay. We highly recommend this place for a relaxing family getaway."
