The accommodation was modern, spacious, and very well-furnished – we especially loved the large bathroom, which was a nice touch. Karen and Michael, along with the cleaners Janice and Christine, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They even left a lovely personalized letter for us, which added such a warm and thoughtful touch to our stay. Karen was extremely responsive to any questions we had, and the check-in and check-out process was seamless. We also appreciated the hosts’ recommendations for local businesses and diners, which helped us explore the best of Bicheno. The parking space was spacious and convenient, making it easy to come and go as we explored the area.
