"The villa is huge and was spotlessly clean on arrival. There was everything we needed for a self catering break. The pool was beautiful as were the grounds. The real stand out for us though was the view, the best of anywhere I have ever stayed. The road up to the villa was steep and narrow but there are lots of passing places and we soon got the hang of it. Communication from Roger was excellent both before and during our stay. There is so much to do in the area we had days out in Nice, Menton,...

"Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in dem wirklich super ausgestattetem Ferienhaus. Alles, was wir brauchten, war auch vorhanden. Es gab eine fantastische Pizzeria direkt um die Ecke und auch die Strandlinie war fußläufig gut erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt."

"Unfortunately the maintenance was very neglected, several things either didn’t work, were of poor quality, or old and dirty. Having to deal with repairs during your vacation is a real pain and waste of your time. The property is very dangerous for children as well as the elderly. Three is no grill outdoors (just a stone pit), there is a stairway with no railing (can you imagine?!?), home is located on a nameless dirt road high up a winding mountain which is a real pain having to go into town...

"Very clean with modern amentities and quiet. Great wifi speeds. Terriffic view. We had a car so climbing up to the property was fine, but would be a challenge without a car (although good exercise!) Nearby Beaulieu-sur-Mer has great restaurants and large supermarket. Regular train and bus service at the base of the hill. 6 minute train to Monaco."
