"Terrible experience. Management not able to help at all even though I called a long time in advance to secure a late check in. The day of check in nobody was at the premise and they were not picking up my calls either. Unfortunately, I needed to find another place to slee. A couple of days I called again to further understand what happened and they were very rude and unreasonable. Stay away of this property. Very dissapointing experience."

"Came to Appleton for a little get away weekend to see the Lion King at the Fox Valley Performing Arts Center. It’s a great location and we’re able to walk everywhere downtown. The Krueger's were great responsive hosts, and the home was spotless, and appeared newly renovated. It had everything we needed. We definitely would stay here for another getaway in Appleton."
