"Although hotel says pet friendly, be sure to call before because some rooms aren’t pet friendly. We wanted the King suite with a pet and when we arrived, they said we had to pick another room. Also, after hours front desk, staff are not very accommodating. Ask for Julie the daytime manager. She is great."

The hot tub was very clean and stayed at a nice hot temperature, there were plenty of clean towels and extra bedding, the grounds were beautiful and the castle itself was well organized and clean.
