"House was great for a large group. Plenty of room for everyone to visit and nice big kitchen. Beautiful property, great location for Medford, Jacksonville and Central Point shopping and restaurants. However, there is not enough bedding or towels for 12 people. Towels had to be washed daily and there are no extra blankets for the couches that had to be used to accommodate 12. And total bummer that when we were there the hot tub was not working."

"This large home worked well for our family group of eight adults and two children. It is definitely a work in progress as stated in the description. The remodeled kitchen and finished areas are great and it could be really fabulous when the rest of the house and pool area are finished. There are multiple gathering spots inside and overall wonderful location and views. "We enjoyed our stay here. When we first arrived, the cleaning staff was on their way. We left for dinner and came back to a clean house. We had what we needed for the 3 nights we were in town and plenty of room for me, my husband, three daughters and my mom. Fair price and decent place to stay. I’m sure we would stay here again if we come back through this area. "
