Private Villa with Pool, Gorgeous Seaviews & Short Walk To Beach

Sunburst7 villa is located with panoramic ocean views and is a short trek down to the world famous Bottom Bay beach on the south-east coast of Barbados.

It offers a modern kitchen with beautiful granite countertops and all major appliances. An open plan dining and living room area that seats 6 comfortably, with french doors that open up onto a large covered patio that overlooks the garden and pool.

The villa's interior design provides relaxation and all the comforts of home with a 46" Samsung HD Smart TV, cable and wireless internet.

The villa has 3 ensuite bedrooms with fans, a/c's, and ample closet space. There is an additional lower bathroom and laundry area and the villa is niclely tiled throuhout. Two of the bedrooms have direct access to a lovely balcony, offering guests a peaceful place to sit and enjoy the magnificent ocean views.

There is also a full bathroom to service the pool.

Great Stay in Breezy Barbados
A very pleasant villa away from the main tourist destinations on the east of the island. Peter is a charming host who met us on arrival and gave usva quick tour of the property. The villa is well equipped and has good views from the upstairs balcony over a short field towards Bottom Bay. The villa is well equipped in a good state of repair generally but could do with more comfortable outside seating. The south west of Barbados was pretty much continually breezy during our December visit ranging from a lovely cooling breeze to a stiff wind. All in all a very good visit and we would happily stay here again.

From the moment we booked to the moment we left Peter was the perfect host. Nothing was too much trouble. Communication was outstanding. Would we recommend this property, most certainly. 3 air con unit upstairs in each of the bathrooms numerous fans. Peter also supplied a very decent welcome pack of groceries.

Relaxing stay
Lovely villa and perfect for a get away from it all stay. Stunning views, quiet location, lovely pool area meant for a really relaxing stay. Car is needed so you can explore the island, but great getting back to such a lovely, relaxing house once we were finished exploring each day. Peter was the perfect host meeting us on arrival at the house and leaving us some welcome provisions, all in all a really great stay in a beautiful location

Tranquil Escape
If you're looking for a peaceful retreat away from resort crowds, this is an ideal spot. We were warmly welcomed with a tour of the house and amenities, which made us feel right at home from the start. The kitchen is spacious, fully updated, and better equipped than most top-rated rentals, making cooking a breeze. Each bedroom is large, with comfortable beds and air conditioning, perfect for restful nights. The outdoor area is exceptional, with cozy lounge chairs around a generous pool, plus an outdoor bathroom for added convenience after a beach day. Our favorite part was the tranquil sound of the waves from the nearby beach and the relaxing sounds of nature during the evening. We recommend dining at Dis Ole House and Le Shack, local restaurants within a 10-minute drive. And if you’re not comfortable driving at night, Crane Taxi services this area. The locals are wonderfully friendly and welcoming - an unforgettable experience.

Perfect Stay
Everything about this home is perfect. When we checked in it was very clean all of the windows and doors are very secure and we felt very safe. The view is absolutely incredible from the second floor and beautiful views from the ground floor. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook dinner at night we mostly went out to lunch so we could cook in with small children in the evenings. All of the surrounding bays and cliffs were gorgeous to walk and we even saw a few monkeys run by. I will choose to stay here when I return to Barbados for sure.

Great House, Great Host, Great Location
Wonderful trip from the moment we arrived. Peter is as great as everyone said. Had fridge loaded with goodies. Home is spotless. Two beautiful secluded beaches within a short walk. Sat and watched lots of birds/hummingbirds, and monkeys!! Right in our backyard. Our favorite restaurant, Le Shack is only a few kilometers. We will be back!!!

Our stay was AMAZING!!! We were just a short walk to beach and if you walked a little further...you had your own private beach, spectacular! We can't wait to go back again. Peter was great! We arrived w/ a six pack of Banks beer and a few other essentials that were very helpful. The house had everything we needed & VERY clean!!! Great trip, beautiful home:)

The property and view are first class!
Sunburst is a lovely villa. The location to Bottom Bay and the south-east coast is perfect. The villa is well furnished and kitchen has everything you would need. Peter the host is very attentive and very quick to respond to any queries. I highly recommend Sunburst; we had a wonderful time there.

Relaxing home in the countryside
A real getaway for relaxing I could have read 20 novels on the 2nd floor balcony with the view. If you like having fun in the waves this is the spot. About 10 min from 6 crossroads were you can get pretty much all your needs. Peter is a great host and lives just around the corner. Thanks Peter.

Beautiful home. Perfect for all 5 of us. Peter and his wife were wonderful hosts! They left us beer and everything we would need to start us out which was perfect as we arrived so late. Peter was so kind to meet us and arrange transport to the house seeing that it was too late to pick up our rental vehicle. Thanks so much for making our vacation truly relaxing. The Baker’s and friends oh and yes The recommendation to champers was superb!

Barbados vacation
The Villa was very nice, everything was as described on the website. Peter was a fantastic host, he insured we had the info we needed to get to the Villa easily and was waiting to great us when we got there and gave a thorough walkthrough of the property and had a great starter grocery set up in fridge for us. The pool was very clean well taken care of and it was nice to have access whenever you felt like taking a dip. The bedrooms were large, clean and comfortable with an ensuite in each. The views from the balcony of the master bedroom and second bedroom were amazing. You do need a car rental if you want to get around to go out for meals and explore the island, otherwise it would cost a fortune in taxis to get around.

Bottom Bay retreat
We recently had the pleasure of staying at this amazing property in Bottom Bay. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning views and impeccable property. Not only was the location perfect for exploring the surrounding, but the amenities made our stay incredibly comfortable and enjoyable. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook with the fridge packed with basic food supplies by Peter and the bedrooms were comfortable and spacious. One highlight of property was the outdoor space we spent many evenings enjoying the private pool, listening to the crashing waves. It truly felt like a retreat. We don’t want to leave!!
This is our last day here, we have had an amazing time. The villa is absolutely spotless, rooms are spacious and the views from the balcony are breathtaking. The pool was great, couldn’t keep my daughter out of it! Peter was really helpful, even whilst we were still in the UK communication was brilliant and he always replied to messages promptly. Would recommend hiring a car if you are here though as it is a bit out the way. We actually enjoyed the peace and was nice to experience a stay on the east coast (we normally stay west). Would highly recommend the villa and would definitely return. Thank you for having us. Barbados, we will be back :)

Had a wonderful vacation at this beautiful property!
Just returned from a wonderful stay at this beautiful property in Bottom Bay (Nov 11-18). We were 4 adults (2 couples) traveling together and this home had everything we needed. Spacious, clean, fully equipped, comfortable beds and a lovely backyard with a pool overlooking the ocean across the way. It was quiet and away from all the hustle and bustle...which is exactly what we wanted when we booked. Bottom Bay beach is beautiful and just a few minute walk from the house. We had a car rental for the week (a must in this location). There was a grocery store, take out food, restaurants etc all nearby. Peter is an absolutely wonderful host and super warm and genuine...a very kind man. He without hesitation accommodated us as our flight home kept getting delayed on departure day and allowed us to remain at the house rather than having to go sit at the airport for an extended period of time. We had a great stay and felt very at home. Thank you for everything Peter!

Paradise at its best in Bottom Bay
My family and I recently completed a stay during the period August 24th to 31st. The host Peter was the one of the most hospitable persons that I have ever encountered. Every single convenience was left ready for our use in his beautiful villa which truly felt like our home during our stay there. It would be remiss of me not to mention that upon our arrival we were surprised to discover the refrigerator was stocked with basic conveniences thus ensuring that a run to the grocery immediately was not necessary. Watching the sunrise from the upstairs balcony was indeed a breath taking sight and the cooling breezes were enough to lull you to sleep. We had the pleasure of seeing a troupe of monkeys early on one morning whilst enjoying the sunrise. We have stayed at villas in other countries but the fact that Peter thought of and provided every possible courtesy made this stay a truly beautiful and enjoyable one. The villa was immaculately clean and the beds quite comfortable. Peter also being the hospitable gentleman that he was allowed us to check out of the villa in the afternoon close enough to our flight time. If you are looking for a peaceful villa and one that you can call a "magical peaceful treasure" please look no further for you have found your gem. Amazing villa in beautiful Barbados
We enjoyed ourselves so much at Peter's lovely villa in Bottom Bay. Everything is well stocked and in excellent condition. There are many thoughtful touches; plenty of towels, a cooler, pool noodles and a float, an awesome laundry room (can you tell I'm a vacationing mom??). We had some travel delays on our way to Barbados and Peter was very gracious and responsive to all my communications since we arrived a day late. He stocked the refrigerator with some provisions which was very helpful on our first day while we were getting settled. The pool is great! My kids loved it and swam every morning and night after our day's adventures. The beds are comfortable, the AC units work well. The views of the ocean from the verandah are gorgeous. You really have everything you need for an excellent trip! The nearby beach is stunning but not swimmable with young kids so we did tour around most days. However, with a rental car this villa is truly a gem and an excellent base for a Bajan holiday!

A little oasis
So nice to receive a phone call from Peter as we were driving to the villa. He just wanted to make sure that we were are our way and didn’t get lost, he stayed on the phone as he gave us directions. We were so pleasantly surprised to see the location, beautiful view of the crashing waves as they pounded the shore. Walking in was like seeing the exact description as it was on VRBO. Very well appointed, everything you would ever want. Peter showed us around explaining all details of the house and pool, fridge packed with breakfast and refreshments. The pool was stunning, Now some advise for Barbados, car is a must, Bajan car rentals met us at the airport, use WAZE app as gps. Visit Animal Cave & Restaurant, Bathsheba for lunch at The Round House for specular views, then Conset Bay on the way back. Don’t miss Friday fish day at St. Lawerence Market, all the tourist shops in Hole Town, then lunch at l’Azure restaurant in The Crane Resort, Saturday BBQ chicken/ribs just up the street up from the villa. Don’t wait till duty free at the airport, real rip off, shop in Hole Town or at The Crane. The Villa was everything we could ask for, Peter is so obliging.

Beautiful home and host.
We had a wonderful 12 days at Peters villa, it was gorgeous and absolutely what we wanted. The property is well appointed as well as spotlessly clean. Three lovely bedrooms and a spacious living area downstairs as well as a lovely outdoor pool that was a really nice size and depth. The view from the rear of the property (both pool area and the top floor balcony) was fantastic, you could watch the breakers on the reef out to sea. You wanted for nothing facility wise as everything was there, massive TV down to pizza cutter and everything inbetween. Peter the host was there when we arrived, he has perfected the ability to be there if you need him but not imposing himself on your holiday, he is perfect. He showed us round the villa and pointed out all the useful things to know and then came to wave us off as well, so much nicer than a drop box, we definitely made a good friend. In terms of location, the villa is five minutes walk from Bottom Bay beach which is stunning, it's in a quiet neighborhood which felt very safe, the locals that we met were very friendly, one even nipped to his house for some Aloe Vera from his garden for sunburn which we had managed to get. We hired a car for the duration and I think that's for the best, buses do run at the top of the road but the shops were ten minutes drive away and restaurants also a drive, there were some decent takeaways a few minutes away as well. if you want a peaceful break with everything you need to hand and a lovely host to look after you, this is the place for you.
