Casa Piganò - living within historic walls

Piganò House is a recently renovated ancient house, dating back to the 16th century, preserving its original charming rural qualities. The house is centrally located in the former old historic center of Appiano. It is situated in a wonderful area with its own unique castles and aristocratic residences, vineyards and beautiful surroundings. It is an ideal destination for hikers, bikers and culture lovers.

The apartment has two bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room and a small kitchen. In the living room there is a sofa bed, in a fifth sleeping opportunity is needed. Smoking is not allowed in the house.

Guests can use the courtyard and the old historic cellar.

The neighborhood is characterized by a lot of buildings dating back to the 16th - 17th century with elements of German Gothic and Italian From here you can easily reach the woods for a nice walk. With a 10 minute stroll you can reach the center of the village, where you can find nice cafes, restaurants and shops.

Appiano is a relaxing and an active holiday. It is a 20 minute drive from Bolzano and it is also available from 6am to 12pm (15 minute walk to the next bus stop). Monetolo and Caldaro as well as the cities of Bolzano and Merano. You can rent bicycles in the village. Also hiking paths are amazing in this area. The Dolomites (Unesco World Heritage) - a paradise for rock climbing, skiing and hiking - are an hour s drive from here.

Die Wohnung ist wunderschön, neu gemacht und trotzdem findet man überall Elemente, an denen man erkennt was das Gebäude ursprünglich war. Ob an kleinen Nischen, der alten Kastendecke oder am Grundriss. Die Besitzerin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man merkt sofort dass sie Wert darauf legt, dass sich ihre Gäste wohlfühlen.

Die Gastgeberin Elena war sehr freundlich und hat uns mit nützlichen Tipps die Umgebung näher gebracht. Die Unterkunft war sehr schön sauber und mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Der schöne Innenhof lädt zum verweilen ein, den wir das nächste Mal mehr nutzen werden. Rund um ein gelungener Urlaub und eine wunderbare Unterkunft von der man viele Ausflugsziele erreichen kann. Traumhaft schöne Wohnung in einer abwechslungsreichen Umgebung
Wir haben dieses Jahr erstmals einen Urlaub in der Region Kalterer See gemacht und wurden sehr positiv überrascht. Die Ferienwohnung war ein Traum: tolle Lage, liebevolle Einrichtung, perfekte Ausstattung und die Beste Gastgeberin, die man sich vorstellen kann. So viel Herzlichkeit und Liebe zum Detail. Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung mit liebenswürdiger Gastgeberin
Schon mit Betreten der stilvollen Wohnung mit Liebe zum Detail fing der Urlaub an. Das ganze Anwesen strahlt Charme und Gemütlichkeit aus. Technisch auf dem neuesten Stand, fehlte es an nichts. Bei Ankunft wartete bereits ein vollständiges Frühstück für den kommenden Tag im Kühlschrank. Elena ist eine sehr herzliche und aufmerksame Vermieterin, die uns gerne hilfreiche Tipps gab, um Land und Menschen kennen zu lernen. Wanderungen und Radtouren starteten direkt vor der Haustüre. Wir haben unseren Urlaub im Ansitz Pigano vom ersten bis zum letzten Tag in vollen Zügen genießen können. Wir kommen sicherlich wieder! Danke, Elena!

Die Wohnung ist sehr stilvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet! Kein TV! Die Umgebung ist toll zum Radfahren. Der Ort ist in 10 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt!

Erwartungen berghoch übertroffen
Schon vor der Ankunft hatten wir ein gutes Gefühl des Willkommen-Seins, da Kommunikation mit Elena sehr offen und freundlich war. Man hat Tipps für Wanderungen und Restaurants bekommen, die allesamt passend waren. Und auch sonst stand man uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Die Unterkunft selber war ein sehr gut erhaltenes Gebäude, wunderschön eingerichtet und makellos sauber. Die Lage, nah am Zentrum von San Michele, bot einige schöne Wege, genug Etablissements und eine schnelle Nahverkehrsanbindung nach Bozen, Meran und Kaltern. Insgesamt ein perfektes Erlebnis :-)

Liebevoll restaurierte Wohnung
Wir haben wunderschöne Tage in diesem authentischen Haus verbracht. Die Angaben und Bilder in der Beschreibung stimmen sehr genau mit der Realität überein. Das Haus liegt zentral. Schöne Wanderwege befinden sich in der Nähe aber auch der Ort St. Michael mit vielen Gaststätten und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist zu Fuß in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Ausstattung der behutsam und aufwändig restaurierten, geräumigen und sauberen Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Gastgeberin hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und uns viele Tipps und Hinweise gegeben, die unseren Aufenthalt sehr bereichert haben.

Frühlingsurlaub im Februar
Wir haben im Februar einen sehr angenehmen Urlaub in der höchst behaglichen Wohnung von Elena verbracht. Nun gut, fürs tolle Frühlingswetter konnte Elena nichts.....ansonsten ist sie eine herausragende Gastgeberin: Warmherzig und sehr aufmerksam, jedoch mit genügend Diskretion und Abstand, also genau richtig. Ich ging jeden morgen zu Fuss bis in die Dorfmitte (ca.10.Min), wo es eine tolle Bäckerei gibt. Manchmal noch schnell zur Metzgerei (herrliches Trockenfleisch etc.). Zu dieser Tageszeit noch sehr frisch, wurde es im weiteren Verlauf des Tages zunehmend frühlingshaft. So haben wir viele Wanderungen genossen. Tolle Unterkunft, super nette Betreuung
wir haben schon einige Unterkünfte gesehen aber diese in Eppan war außergewöhnlich top. Eine liebe- und stilvoll eingerichtete Wohnung in einem tollen, alten Gebäude in einer tollen Gegend. Fußläufig zum charmanten Ortskern Eppans und als idealer Ausgangspunkt zu tollen Wanderungen zu den Burgen und den Eislöchern, Ausflügen nach Bozen und Meran. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der tolle Kontakt zu Elena und ihrer Tochter, die uns klasse Tips gegeben haben und super nett und herzlich waren schon bevor wir überhaupt angekommen waren. Vielen Dank für alles !! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Liebe Grüße

Wunderschöner Urlaub mit sehr netten Gastgebern
Die Wohnung ist liebevoll gestaltet, man hat alles, was man braucht. Bei heißen Außentemperaturen blieb es in der Wohnung angenehm kühl. Die Lage der Wohnung ist zentral, trotzdem war man schnell in den Weinbergen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir werden mit Sicherheit noch einmal kommen.

Stilvolle Fewo, äußerst nette Vermieter
Winterurlaub mit drei Personen und unserem Hund, dafür war die Wohnung absolut ideal. Für einen Sommerurlaub würde uns persönlich allerdings Terrasse oder Balkon fehlen. Hochwertige und stilvolle Einrichtung, Lage an einer kleineren Durchgangsstraße, aber nicht wirklich laut oder störend, nachts so gut wie kein Verkehr. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, auch, weil sich die Vermieterin sehr um ihre Gäste bemüht. Sehr schöner Ortskern, der nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt liegt. Dort findet man alles Notwendige und einige durchaus empfehlenswerte Restaurants.
