"Enjoy the stay . Just disappointing you wouldn’t apply the loyalty stamp for this stay. All because I booked through a different avenue . But still stayed and spent money during my stay. I stay with you for a number of reasons but this has put me off"

"The property was very much as described. The lounge, with it's oak panelling and bay window was a delight to spend time in, the addition of the bookcase door was a real novelty. The kitchen was very well appointed, the bed was soft, with a heavy (possibly down) duvet. Not exactly my preference, but ..."
