"I stayed with my adult son in this terrific farmhouse in Appenzell. The place was spacious, comfortable and immaculate. The view from the house is postcard Switzerland. The house is well-located for hiking as well as for heading into town for dinner. The hosts were friendly and extremely helpful with a few special requests. They do not speak, English, however, so we communicated by email via Google Translate (which really was not a problem). The wifi was a little spotty at times but otherwise...
