"We booked a deluxe lake view room. The view was amazing but the room was so small that it didn’t have 2 night stands. It was like a $50 a night Econolodge off a highway. There is no air conditioning and it was very warm. We tried to open the windows but bugs immediately flew in. Breakfast was good and the pool and spa area are top notch. Overall it was overpriced and definitely not 4 stars. "

"We loved this property. It was so serene. The wellness center was perfect for the end of our European holiday. Would highly recommend. The only recommendation (albeit very minor) I would have for the hotel is to offer some meal options that are a little more healthy/simple. But other than that, we absolutely loved our stay. "

"The checkin was thru the restaurant but was handled efficiently. We booked a room with private bathroom and shower. We were surprised to find out the bathroom and shower were shared by other guests on the same floor. There was a sink in our room but that is not a private bath. The room itself was fine.
