Beautiful little house in close proximity to the beach. Easy walk to local restaurants and shops. The house had all the essentials for a small family. The rooms are descently sized and have their own little feature. Downstairs has a split system, but no ventilation in the bedrooms, which on a very hot day can be inconvenient. The baths jad shampoo and conditioner but were out of shower gel, which is not much of an issue as we got one from the grocery store across the unit. Parking in the carport was challenging, but there is ample of off-street parking. Overall, it was a lovely stay, highly recommend this place. Will definitely book again! Thanks for letting us use your lovely house!

Lovely little apartment
We had a nice stay at this apartment with my partner and toddler. It was great that we had our own parking space and the house was very clean with lots of amenities supplied.

Compact apartment in perfect location
Excellent location with 2 car spaces off road. Good facilities, but could be better with a small dining table instead of bar seating. A hot night may need air conditioners upstairs.

Perfect for a young family
We had a wonderful stay here with our two very young children. The house was very safe and practical with helpful extras for toddlers like a stair gate and an enclosed backyard. We especially appreciated the generous amenities provided: plentiful soap, a well-stocked pantry and all the cleaning products we needed to clean up after our kids! Super conveniently located in the heart of Apollo Bay, we would happily stay here again.

Great location - well equipped apartment
This is a lovely 2 bed, 2 bath apartment well equipped and modern. Its right across the street from the supermarket, cafes and beach. Wifi wasnt working when we arrived which was an issue as I had to work but the host resolves this overnight.

Exceptional location, real charm and great amenities
We were very pleasantly surprised when we arrived and found the accommodation to be in pretty much the perfect location. Immediate walking access to the supermarket, restaurants / cafes and the beach. Everything was as described. The kids baulked at sharing one of the queen beds for a couple of nights, but aside from that everyone thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Would definitely recommend!!

Fantastic Apollo Bay Stay
I enjoyed this apartment totally. It was stylish and comfortable; the grocery store across the street was convenient and clean; the ocean was just a block away; cafes were close; the ocean walk and ocean walk were right there. All of the critical areas (bed linens, bathroom, kitchen, windows) were clean and beautiful (top rating). It really was fantastic! I highly recommend.

Lovely week in a country cottage style unit. no need fo the car except the day we crossed the Otways. Restaurants, beach, Supermarket, carnival and Ice Cream all in a short stroll.

Great location, within easy walking distance to beach, shops and restaurants. Light and airy apartment. Very comfortable beds, loved the bath sheets. Unfortunately there was no bath/shower mat, and no hand towel in the downstairs bathroom. Small things, overall we loved our stay.

Perfect location right in the heart of town
The location of this place could not be any better. Food works (supermarket) is just opposite the property. It is 2 minutes walking distance down to the main strip of Lorne. The property itself was great for our family of 4 (with 2 kids under 10 years old). Cons: -The backyard could be better maintained to use. -Pillows were too thin/soft for us (personal preference) -The shower upstairs could do be a good clean to get rid of the moulds in the shower) The kitchen was missing a pan, but other than that, we had everything we needed.

4 night stay family holiday
We stayed here for 4 nights to catch the Apollo Bay Seafood festival this year. The property is situated conveniently to the main strip of town and by the waters. It was sufficient for a family with a baby with the basic amenities. We like to highly recommend the property to have a blind installed for privacy on the main window downstairs. It was awkward to have dinner / feeding our baby and worry about the privacy. We constantly had traffic and onlooking neighbours as the are 2 other unit pass this property. Beside neighbour watching when we were home, we also witnessing an incident with the cop car parking in the driveway twice. The showerhead is a bit funny upstairs. Overall pleasant location and stay, the property had a beachy and sweet character but we need that we really needed that blind!

Given the reviews I was looking forward to staying at this property. I don't mind doing the clean up at the end of a stay, but when not a sponge or cloth is even provided it is a little disappointing. Good thing one travels with their own. I would not use the range hood as cleaning for grease is well overdue. Same with the coffee machine, fungi and mould growing in the tray. No frypan available also. Unable to get rid of stickiness on dining bench. Such a shame as this could be such a nice property.

Great location!
Great location to Main Street, beach and foodworks (groceries)- All within walking distance. Perfect accomodation for us for a weekend getaway. Parking is tight! (Wouldn’t recommend a larger car parking under carport) The house was warm and cosy for our winter getaway, and the electric blankets were a welcomed addition! We also enjoyed the use of some board games, we hadn’t played before. Thank you for providing a lovely little home for our weekend getaway.
