Very nice place, super clean and lovely. Their amenities went above and beyond as they take all ages into consideration in what they provide. Our entire group had a wonderful time and Tiffany communicated very well with any questions I had.

Had a family get together here because it was centrally located from 3 distant locations.
The cabin was just the right size for my wife and me and our 4 adult children (plus spouses) and 4 grandchildren. Very convenient with all the conveniences of home.

Cabin in the woods
We spent a beautiful weekend in this well equipped home, nestled back in the woods. It was a hectic weekend with graduation plans and the home was perfect for the family to hang out and create priceless memories. The kitchen has everything you need and the basement is filled with fun (basketball and pool table). Totally recommend this home for others looking for a nice retreat!

Weekend Getaway
The house was perfect for our family of 10. The basement pool table and basketball shot provided hours of entertainment for our 7 and 5 year olds. The house was just as advertised. We were in Chattanooga to attend a wedding, and the house provided enough space for both the adults and the children to be comfortable.

We all enjoyed staying at the A-frame house. It was very comfortable and spotless. Tiffany responded quickly to any of my concerns. It was well supplied with everything we needed for the weekend. We would definitely stay there again.

Great Place
Seven of us stayed a couple of nights to go white water rafting on the Ocoee and kayaking on the Hiwassee. We made dinner and just enjoyed each other's company playing games. The house was perfect and had everything we needed and then some!

They paid attention to details
The house was wonderful for a party of 11 people. The owners paid attention to details when it came to providing supplies. It was clean and the three floors allowed everyone to have space when needed. The fire place allowed for a cozy ambiance. The only negative was that the neighbors were close so the Aframe house was not secluded.

Christmas vacation
This is a good place for a family gathering. Everything was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. Everyone enjoyed playing pool, basketball and games. The fire pit was nice but we didn’t get to use it due to rain. There are grocery stores within 15 min. It is a 30 min drive into Chattanooga, so plan your outings accordingly. Overall, a good experience!

Lovely place wish I could have stayed longer.
We loved the place when we saw the listing. Then, between the communicative owner and the games we had a wonderful time. We had a wedding to go to so we were pretty bummed we couldn't play more pool or bbq on the large deck. I would definitely recommend this place to people who want to relax and unwind with family and friends.

Large family fun
We had a perfect stay here! Everything was easy, comfortable, and clean. I liked that it truly was a home away from home and we just moved right in. Thankful for the laundry and the 2 refrigerators because we had so much food. Convenient to Walmart and a couple coffee shops. It’s nice that there are separated sections of the home(great grandparents privacy, loud kids downstairs). Super pretty neighborhood and it’s so green! Mostly quiet except for the occasional train. Thank you for a great place, we would definitely stay again.

Not only was this home lovely, our friends and family raved about the cleanliness of the entire home! It was even better in person than the listing. Perfect for a relaxing evening after a long boating day in Chattanooga! Highly recommend this rental!

Gatlinburg visit
The home and property was great. It was stocked with the necessities need for the week. The weather was great and we attended numerous attraction including downtown Chattanooga, Rock City, Ruby Falls, Incline Railroad and Chattanooga Choo Choo. The home was approximately 30 minutes from the attractions and 10 minutes away from walmart and other grocery stores. It was a great stay.

A Frame Delight
We rented this home for Thanksgiving weekend with family. This home is so nice and updated. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything we needed plus more… crockpot, tons of plates and glasses, kids cups, updated appliances, dish soap, hand soap, aluminum foil, Tupperware, spices, cooking spray, etc…. The coffee maker was a grounds and filter type (no pods) and also had a bean grinder! The bedrooms were very cozy and warm, especially the upstairs bedroom. The basement was cold at night for some of my family but there were plenty of extra blankets stocked. (The basement is not zoned for individual air control) The mattresses are firm but we slept great. We were so impressed with all the extras - blankets, spices, sound system, card games, kids toys (puzzles, car track, board games, coloring books) and more. There are two wood burning fireplaces available but we chose not to use them for safety of young kids. There is an outdoor fire pit with seating for many …. The outdoor wrap around porch is beautiful for spotting wildlife and the screened porch with swing was so fun for outdoor entertaining. My aunt came over to see us one morning who recently had a knee replacement and was easily able to enter the home from a ramp walkway on the side of the home. The bathrooms are all renovated and fully stocked with nice large pump bottles of shampoo/conditioner and soap. We had a house full of people and had zero problems with hot water for showers/baths. The laundry room downstairs was stocked with Tide pods, stain fighter spray, softener sheets, iron and ironing board and laundry baskets…. Our kids loved the upstairs writing desk and toddler chair/bed for their own space. The exterior has two covered parking spaces and then the driveway provided plenty of additional parking on an incline. The keyless access worked like a charm and we felt very safe. There is also a large pool table, pull out sofa, tv and 1/2 bath in the basement for additional living space. The owners thought of everything for their renters!!!! I would recommend a cleaning spray to wipe counters and table so we could clean up after ourselves throughout the stay. Otherwise, we just loved our stay! It was such a quick drive to downtown Chattanooga and Cleveland. The grocery store was about 9 miles from the home. We loved this home and would definitely LOVE to stay here again! Amazing extras! Modern farmhouse decor- super cozy and warm!

Beautiful Fall Getaway
We had a our best VRBO stay yet at this property. Our travel softball team was in Chatanooga for a large tournament. We traveled 9 hours to a beautiful, newly updated A-Frame in a beautiful location just outside the city. The house was immaculate with all the amenities. The host provided everything we need and more for our stay in Tennessee. This location was convenient to all locations in the area and the grocery store was only a few miles away. We highly recommend this property and hope to stay here again if we return.
